That was mainly because I let it grow into a hayfield lol. I mowed it again and it already looks way better

Yeah I had to raise up from where it was at. But I did try it that low for a while to see if it would bog down since my grass was high and wet and it didn't

If they send you the backhoe for the 225s you'll be surprised at what you have to go through on installing or removing it, after doing it on the other models. That's a big reason I traded mine in after less than a year. But it's a nice lawn mower.
Yeah I'm not getting a backhoe with this one.. what did you end up getting?

Nope it has metal fenders. Just another reason I like LS tractors 👍
Is it more or less tippy than your 45hp tractor. I know my 35hp tractor can feel tippy even on modest slopes. Wondering if the smaller tractor feels more planted than bigger ones
This is a hard question to answer but I'd have to say my 40hp wins on that one...maybe that's because I'm more used to it. But the MT225s felt great on my steep bank.
Do you know if the height adjustment for the deck is still functional if the backhoe is on it?
No I don't know. But I gotta ask you, why do you need to use that if the backhoe is on?
@@Mallard5plus1Farmhouse maybe I'll want to mow or need to mow something lol I mean it'd just be nice IF an attached backhoe doesn't interfere with things. You never know.
@@Mallard5plus1Farmhouse does the deck height raise and lower have any connections from the 3 point arms off the back of the tractor? For example on Mahindra's the deck is raised by the 3 point arms..once they are removed for the backhoe you can't lower or raise the mid mount mower

What speed are you mowing at?
I have it in medium range all the time for the hills in my yard. Never really gain much speed the way my yard is set up
are those the versaturf tires?
These are r14s which I believe are also called versa turf
After looking into it I believe those are a hybrid and not the same as the versaturf which would be an r3. I assume you paid for that upgrade or were you given that option with the tractor purchase?@@Mallard5plus1Farmhouse
@bradleywellner8387 I didn't buy this tractor. LS sent it for me to use and make videos with. I'm not sure if they would be an upgrade or come standard
