2 months no contact. When she initiated the breakup via text I responded that I was not interested in rekindling but it's disrespectful to breakup via text. She agreed and we talked for 45 minutes. We spoke a few times over the weekend and then got together on a Wednesday night. She again said she wanted to breakup and I discussed with her that we should sleep on it before making a final decision. On Sunday night we talked and both agreed to break up. She was expecting me to beg and plead but I calmly accepted the breakup. It was devastating for her and I could tell she was panicked. Her plan was to try to keep me as a plan B but it blew up in her face. I'm not sure if I will ever hear from her again but I am pretty sure it's going to be a while. I refuse to reach out to her and if she wants to get back together it's up to her to fix the relationship.

My heart goes out to all you currently going through a break up. My ex dumped me in May 2023. Since the break up I've done some vital work on myself and also just celebrated my 1 year anniversary with my current girlfriend. The break up in 2023 needed to happen because I am the happiest I've ever been in a relationship. Its easily the healthiest dynamic I've ever experienced. I still think about my ex from time to time but all I really think is it is most definitely her loss because I doubt she will meet someone with my current relationship skill set. My current girlfriend is light years ahead of my ex in every conceivable way. I believe break ups are meant to happen because the right person is out there. I also believe ex partners come into our lives to teach us valuable lessons so we don't make the same mistakes with the person we are meant to be with. To everyone reading this. Everything in time will be OK and you will see things from a neutral standpoint.

I posted photos of me on holiday and me on outings… I don’t know if he even checks or cares… it’s so shocking he’s just gone like a puff of smoke. Need to just find someone else and forget he ever existed. He meant everything to me and I was nothing except a body to him.

I'm in no contact for like 6 months. i was blocked on social media but not the number or whatsapp. She also hasn't returned my stuff back and to be honest i've never asked for it back but isn't it common sense for her to contact me and return my stuff? Any ideas whats in her brains!?
She is not returning your stuff becoz she still have some feelings.pls stay on No contact and focus on your self and personality development,she will reached out soon ..remind never ever respond to any breadcrumb

Stay strong, contacting them first makes you look pathetic and reinforces the negative image they have of you. I made every thing worse trying to win her back.
