Oh my God! This is completely a new prospective way to deal with this tiny yet huge problem i face with my kids. This is soothing and relaxing. Yes indeed! I feel pressure of being the perfect mom. So I burden my family by my expectations. Thank you for such innovative explanation.
Thank you for taking the time to talk about this. I have been a messy kid all my life, and after being a mom I found this new habit of organising things (Of course my new family has influenced me a lot). But sometimes I feel like I've lost my creativity and spontaneousness in forcing myself to be more organized.

I just want to clear one thing here there is a difference between cleanliness and orderliness..,, First few lines in ur video u were talking about keeping up the things at the right place that is orderliness..,, This is what is lacking now with children....It creates some sort of responsibility if they miss to do even their own things then slowly they will start to forget things it becomes difficult for them.... As a parent we are not expecting them to clean the house or help in chaos what we all want is we want them to be responsible.... Just to take care of themselves..., They can’t make other people run for their irresponsible work..., Atleast they should do their own work that’s it
Today, I understand why most of the matured people said that if u ever feel that u have been trapped in some big problem and after so many efforts could not able to come out with a solution seek the advice of an professional consultant. Thanks a ton Shri for showing me another side of coin which I am not able to see & spoiling the relations those are really closed to my heart.

I love you your videos, thank you. made my day when I felt at my worst with my daughter's behavior. She's an outdoor person and I'm an indoor person always wanting to keep the house clean and thinking if she is lazy at chores then I'll be the one to suffer in the future..
Thanks so much for this, a fresh take on something that has disturbed me a lot as I emerge from my adolescence. I grew up in a very messy home, and now that I live on my own, mess makes me anxious. Now I understand why, and it’s no major flaw in my childhood or some tragedy that my mother worked too hard to keep everything clean all the time. I’ve just been taught through experience that allowing mess makes me inferior for whatever reason. Again, thank you.
It's fine to use ur suggestion of accepting chaos at home but what about when they do this at other places ? People will demotivate them, judge them, not behave respectfully with them,or even judge parents for their habbits..this happens..many of us would like to know the solutions for this .Thx
I'm an adult and I'm still dealing with unresolved trauma which has caused me depresion and anxiety for the longest time right because of my mother's obsession with cleaningness and order making her to channel out her frustration and negativity on me and my siblings , always yelling and making arguments out of the pettiest things. And I can't thank enough for this video that I'm about to send her , thanks a thousand times over
My elder daughter is same like u said. Messy bt my younger one is better than her. I m surprised. I always scold my child bcoz she doesn't keep anything in right place.bt she's gud in studies, painting and many more things.Bt now my mind has changed as ur way of thinking. Let her way d way she is🙂. Nowonwards i vl nt scold her. Thanx to u🙂🙏
As a home maker thank you so much for clarity, since I experienced this that earlier I used to get upset and lots of fights used to happen because of orderliness issues but then I learnt to let it go....voila!! It worked for better....since kids found their own way of keeping their stuff properly (but not as how I would like it but still they figured it out) since they needed them and understood mom is not going to do for them...😊.
My house is a cosmic chaos! My 3yo son just throws things around everywhere. I tell him to do minimum clean up every night. Rest we clean up once in a week, with a loud music on & dancing. I don't mind any guests at any time. I welcome them with a big smile on face, I push things around to make some space for them to sit in the middle of shit pile in the living room. I'm not ashamed or hesitant of not being able meet somebody's organizing asthetics standard. I'm having a fun filled, chilled out life. My 33yo husband is disorganized to the extent unimaginable. He never even keeps car/bike keys in one place, let alone hanging his shirts in right place. I'm not an organized person myself but utter chaos makes us waste a lot of time every time in finding things. Every time I find my things immediately & leave for office in the right time he gets jealous. But it's their wish I don't compel him to be organized. If he's ok wasting his 15-30 mins every day finding his keys, up to him. I will not waste time helping him even if it's at the cost of him missing or going late for his meeting. He seems to have eventually learned his lesson & trying to be little organized. On the other hand my mom is highly organized. I think being minimal organized at certain daily chores is smart & time saving. U don't want to waste everyday 15mins each in looking for toothbrush, shaver, sock. But spending a lot of time in organizing & asthetics is a waste of too much energy in life. Organizing is to facilitate life, that itself should not be life's goal.
True it's keeps changing on indubitably perspective. Just follow wat u feel is right u might learn some thing of it. There's nothing good or bad everything teaches us something or other
Mother feel guilt too but have to train their children to be organized. Though yours is different take on the topic, mothers should also be freed from the "taken for granted" zone of picking towels dishes teacups sorting cupboards folding clothes etc. Many mothers work these days you know and students stay in hostels too and have to learn doing these things by themselves. Many parents just forget to find the reasons of their children's laziness.. sometimes it is because some health problems too like anameia that go unnoticed.. And taking care of your child is a project of 20 years .that requires dedication and devotion..most of the parents are extremely tired to take their child responsibility..either they make their child to take admission in hi-fi coaching / schools..but rarely any schooling is done at home..be participative with your child.. listen to him/her carefully.. don't let your child vent up their feelings to any strangers..be strict with them but reasonably n humbly not wildly..

We are not animals that's why we wear clothes, drives car, stay in a house n we behave well with other humans. I am someone who is completely obsessive with brand new. I have never had the finances to afford everything to be brand new everytime. However, I notice things that are 2nd hand make me feel extremely unsuccessful. Hence, I refuse to buy from thrift stores. I have exaggerated this to include respect for the passing, the people who lost those items unknowingly, and that my family is worth the brand new. It hurts when someone of my finances watches dishes get broken. It hurts to know I spent $20.00 on a cup that is offered for $5.00 somewhere else get tossed like it didn't mattered. How do I fix this. My child who's I school age now has become compulsive with debree and wasteful mess. For example: small items on the carpet that we don't ever have. Paper scraps, crumbs, and also broken bits of crayons. Wasting a soda after it is opened, and wanting another open. Throwing food away and wanting more food. Also dumping all of the soap in the bathroom or wasting all of the dish soap. I know I should love cleaning up after my kids. . .and I do. I hate touching the debree, it hurts me emotionally. To clean everything so much and rewiping things 3-5 times a day is a lot for 1 child. I'm vacuuming about 4x a day. I've talked about this and it is a custom to NOT allow a child or a man to clean. So I am looking for ways to fix how I respond. I'm bitting my tongue in embarrassment because I look part maid instead of responsible.
Hi .. Your workshop was really good .... Its me obsessed with cleaning and my son is addicted to blocks which he scatters around in whole room ....he makes amazing Things out if it though just 7 years old and I have to clean it again and again and end up nagging him .... I do try not but will try more hard from my side to be patient ..thanks
Happy Morning. I am a parent of 20&16. This is totally different perspective! Find it difficult to accept. But nevertheless have taken a stand to look at this topic in your perspective. Thanks for the video.
Pretty good points and they are well researched . And of course Indian parenting has a lot to absorb. Although not everyone is going agree some points are really the truth. I cant force some habits on eveyone in my house.
Mr. Shridhar Maheshwari- Thank you. This beautiful view point, made lot of sense.. should bring me down now from lvl 8-lvl1 in orderliness. Thanks again🙏🏻🙏🏻
I can relate each and every bit of this video… I am being so intolerant and not having peace of mind… very timely …. Please share the videos that speaks the ways to teach kids personal and house cleanliness … I just subscribed to your channel . Can you please tell me if you can take some parenting and as well sessions for my kid who is diagnosed ADHD
Nice video Sir...i just happened to see ur video at d time i most needed ...i have started getting obsessed lately regarding orderliness & cleaniness...i felt quite relieved after hearing u & also one Brother Jude Antonie who is a preacher in church...his video & urs i found quite inspirational...he has explained in one of his videos regarding marriage...dat man & woman r created differently...so we cant expect our spouses to agree with our views & opinions...quite a hilarious video of his...do watch it ...its quite good
Good one..Loved it . Continue your messages ,at least a few of them will implement it in the life..I love myself,so it's easy for me🙏😇 love and gratitude to you and all shridharji
No one would like to go in a disordered room, it gives a sense of negativity, when u enter someone's house or room, we expect it to be neat n clean... Else you wont be able to concentrate n feel happy.. Thats my thinking🤔 , i cant work in a messy room
Hi Ms Vidya, pl dont get too influenced by these kind of opinions. Be a friend n confidante of ur child and reason out with him/her. Chaos has seldom helped kids to be responsible adults. U know whats best for ur child and love, care n healthy communication can move the proverbial mountains. Ur guidance only can set the pattern for ur lovely child.
I am not focusing on cleaning or tidying up. My oldest daughter loves a messy room and I just close the door. Dirty clothes will come when they have nothing to wear. If they can't find something in their room it is not my problem. It is your own responsibility in how you want to look your bedroom. She is creative and that is the part I focus on. I let them be theirselves. The only problem is when for example a social worker comes as they have other views. It brings stress and that is what I tell to the social worker. I focus more on my kids than on the house. Everyday I go through the home and tidy and clean what is important for me. So if I have this view, then others can have their view. None of the views are wrong. They are just different. Focus on yourself. Give an example of how you are and let them choose to follow you or not. Everyone is different and that is a good thing. Focus on the person and not on the results. Much love. Xx
Sir! I strongly disagree to your opinion, these day's any of such methods are not working, so I would again say it's easy to preach. Handling today's youngsters is no longer the 60s to 90s kids for patience to do everything effortlessly.
U r awesome... Aweeeeeeesome insight . Dats lyk listening to modern geeta gyan descending straight from gen X lord Krishna as far as nu age parenting challenging issues . U r very very relevant n effective shridhar
Hi shridhar u indeed are making our parenting easy. Pls make a vedio regarding increase in shopping in children and low level of satisfaction even after buying things and how to handle this.
I agree partly you are right, but now a days, mom's are not only house makers they have to do multi tasking so she needs everyone help.. And according to me good habits should cultivate so in future they should not feel that they are doing upkar of keeping their things properly. Yes the way of telling them should be proper.. But apana Kam khudne hi karna chahiye
Wonderful video !dear sridhar could u make some video on kids eating problem . I m having 7 year child .all the time I have arguments with him regarding having water and finish it lunch box and every meal. He doesn't like to eat n drink.
Sir, apne problems to bata diye but solutions? Uske liye seminar attend karo? Vo bhi ticket leke? Better u make video on this. I think this is promotional video for your chargeable seminar or counselling. Is it so?

I do try not but will try more hard from my side to be patient ..thanks
Happy Morning. I am a parent of 20&16. This is totally different perspective! Find it difficult to accept. But nevertheless have taken a stand to look at this topic in your perspective. Thanks for the video.
Simple, useful and relatable.
Pretty good points and they are well researched . And of course Indian parenting has a lot to absorb. Although not everyone is going agree some points are really the truth. I cant force some habits on eveyone in my house.
Hi i am very thankful for your video. Simply open my eyes... Thank you once again.
Mr. Shridhar Maheshwari- Thank you. This beautiful view point, made lot of sense.. should bring me down now from lvl 8-lvl1 in orderliness. Thanks again🙏🏻🙏🏻
An eye opener, thanks so much
And as you said it's their house also they have the responsibility to take minimal care of it.
But they may be fine with that disorder right
I can relate each and every bit of this video… I am being so intolerant and not having peace of mind… very timely …. Please share the videos that speaks the ways to teach kids personal and house cleanliness … I just subscribed to your channel . Can you please tell me if you can take some parenting and as well sessions for my kid who is diagnosed ADHD
Thank you so much, I now know where I was going wrong.
Thank you very much brother you are wonderful educator
No one would like to go in a disordered room, it gives a sense of negativity, when u enter someone's house or room, we expect it to be neat n clean... Else you wont be able to concentrate n feel happy.. Thats my thinking🤔 , i cant work in a messy room
Thanks a lot... Chaos.. 🙏😁👏👏
U hv freed me of a lot of guilt 😘
Hi Shridhar..
I loved this video..
I am Vidya a single mom
And this video puts me at ease..
Thanks
Vidya
Hi Ms Vidya, pl dont get too influenced by these kind of opinions. Be a friend n confidante of ur child and reason out with him/her. Chaos has seldom helped kids to be responsible adults. U know whats best for ur child and love, care n healthy communication can move the proverbial mountains. Ur guidance only can set the pattern for ur lovely child.
@@mahendramallya9553 appreciate your viewpoint
Namaste sir, very Nice and useful topic for parents
Very very nice
Wonderful talk u have opened my mind
Much love. Xx
Please tell us how to de addict mobile usage. Especially children. 🙏🙏 Please please
Super
Nice video pls available subtitle..it will be helpful
This vdo is just for me as m 32 years old n getting scolding from my mom for being unorganized till now
Sir! I strongly disagree to your opinion, these day's any of such methods are not working, so I would again say it's easy to preach. Handling today's youngsters is no longer the 60s to 90s kids for patience to do everything effortlessly.
U r ryt......i agree with u
It is the toughest job
💯
Yes I agree with u.
Thanks for the video 😊
U r awesome...
Aweeeeeeesome insight .

Tq so much 😊
Wowwwwwww
Hi shridhar u indeed are making our parenting easy.
Pls make a vedio regarding increase in shopping in children and low level of satisfaction even after buying things and how to handle this.
I agree partly you are right, but now a days, mom's are not only house makers they have to do multi tasking so she needs everyone help.. And according to me good habits should cultivate so in future they should not feel that they are doing upkar of keeping their things properly. Yes the way of telling them should be proper.. But apana Kam khudne hi karna chahiye
