    Not too long after this point, KXAS dropped Scrabble. It began airing on independent KDFI-27 on tape delay in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Early evenings.. 5 or 530 pm I believe.

    @Mr. Adam Curry, yes, in February or March 1986, this "Scrabble" game show had Mr. Charles "Chuck" H. Woolery as its former host just as his previous announcer there was late Mr. Arthur W. Ferguson [though professionally known as "Charlie Tuna"]!

    That contestant Kelly Houston was also on Tic Tac Dough in 1984 but lost to Kit Salsbury

    Now here's a rare one. I am not sure of the airdate, but I think it's from February-March 1986.

      The three games of the final four were held on 3/29/1986 3/31/1986, and the special aired "Saturday", so I'm thinking this is from the week of 3/24-3/28/1986, and probably not 3/28/1986
