Admission and Confession || Indian Evidence Act (Section 17-30)

- Admission and Confession are covered in Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
Admission has been defined under section 17 of the act while confession has not been defined in the act. Still sections 24-30 cover the provisions related to confession.

Admission bhi do tarah se hai aur confession bhi yhi do tarah se..aap confuse mat hoyiye.. extra judicial and judicial dono tarah se confession bhi hota hai aur admission bhi. Mtlb judicial proceedings k thru bhi admission anf confession hote hai aur agar judicial proceedings k thru na ho to extra judicial proceedings aur again confession bhi aur admission bhi.. hope now i m clear

Mam defendant to ws karta hai or apane kaha hai ki defendant pleading mai kahata hai
Pleadings include both written statement as well as plaint..
Plaint by plaintiff and written statement by defendent.

Mai kahta hu ki defendant ws karta hai or plaintiff plaint dakhal karta hai or apane kaha ki defendant ne pleading bola . pleading jo dakhal karta hai use plaintiff kahte hai
Hnji to maine bhi yha kha.. magar plaint aur written statement pleadings ka part hai jo C.P.C. Ke order VI rule 1 mein define hai..
