    Join my program, Transform Flipper Academy, to learn to flip houses the right way. As a house flipper of 6 years, I've flipped over 50 houses with a six-figure profit on average. I hope to teach more people about the ins and outs of house flipping so they can get out of the rat race and achieve financial freedom like I did. Apply here: www.transformflipperacademy.com

      I hope you see this, I wanted to know if you would tell me what paint colors you used for the interior both color and sheen. Also, could you tell me what flooring did you use and from what store? Thank you for any information you can give. Big fan of your videos.

    I know so many successful people who were laid off from their jobs at some point. It has more to do with the company you worked for than your abilities and I'm sure you know that now. AND it was probably the best thing that ever happened to you, Elisa. It was fate's way of giving you a firm push in the right direction. So proud of all you have done and all that you will accomplish. Thank you for sharing your journey.

    You’re the only house flipping channel that I know of that fixes up the front yard and backyard too. Most of the others just do a little trim on the grass and trees and that’s it. But you always give full makeovers and I love it.

    Wow, I am amazed that the kitchen is the same size but looks so much bigger. I am having the same issue with a too large fridge, my next one is going to be counter depth. The master bath is a massice improvement. That is a huge back yard. Beautiful as always.

    I’m glad you stuck with the original layout & made use of that kitchen wall space. I’m so tired of the fully open concept kitchen designs & I believe in this particular house, this semi-open style is just right. The only thing I would change is paint the lower cabinets the same powder blue color as the bathroom vanity cabinets so it’s more cohesive overall.
    I’m also not a fan of too much Mulch as it tends to be very messy in the long run especially when you have kids & pets playing & running around..
    But overall very nicely done as usual.. 👍❤

    Always excited to see what your working on next. I'd really love to hear your take on the shifting market. I know you are closer to silicone valley so things are still fairly hot there but I'm the East Bay and I've personally seen a slow down in the neighborhoods where I'm flipping.

    I like the slate blue bathroom cabinets. But not a fan of the landscaping. The front yard looks like a random pile of dirt (mulch) that was just toss and forgotten there. Looks unfinished and like too much was placed there. Also not a fan of the random circles of rocks with a sad small plant inside. Wish the back yard was all grass for kids and pets. Good job overall though!! 😊

  • @bivashkharel3647

    Open concept would have been better in my opinion. The wall between kitchen and family room is unnecessary it would have really opened everything.

    • @maiaracarvalho6573
      @maiaracarvalho6573 10 месяцев назад +1

      It’s a load bearing wall, and I think removing the wall would have killed the very few cabinets options it has

    • @benp3485
      @benp3485 10 месяцев назад

      As mentioned in the video, it's load bearing and will take more months in getting permits, hiring an architect and seeking approval of plans. It will probably cost the project a LOT more
