Hi bro,actually I wanted to ask if I can appear in the 2nd phase of the kiitee if I have already been alloted the seat and I have made the payment for it. Will the seat be mine even if I appear in the exam(2nd phase) again and if I get a higher branch I would apply for refund(for the earlier branch) and again book for the higher branch.Please guide bro.
