Doing Pull-Ups & Push_Ups is a Great accomplishment congrats man!!! I know u have put a lot of training& effort into your Journey. My question is; from magazines I read they say 3 days on & a day off So if u are doing it everyday , no days off how does your body has time to rest & recuperate.most magazines talk about 3 days per week or workout... If u do it everyday won't that be taxing the muscles with out days off.?
@@EasyBravo hey I really appreciate the message! Yes I’m taking 2 days off for rest (weekend) then coming back on weekdays 👍🏽rest is very important from my experience!
i agree... he has to put the tool of traning more to south of his body!! this way he will do the right technic and press more the muscles involved.. this way he does is bad and not normal push up
@SaulitoCalisthenics taking criticism like a man will take you far G 💪🏼 it's gonna be worth it, when I fixed my form the pain was higher but the reward worth it as I keep getting stronger.

Your push-up form is very bad. Keep your chin and head looking forward so that you reach full motion without bending your neck
