From my experience with skateboarding:
ceramic bearing glide a lot better and have less friction so less wear but don’t hold up to impact as well
Steel doesn’t glide as well but holds better against impact
I think ceramics also resist heat better

I am an engineer, so cermics are more wear resistant metals , and also require less lubrication == less maintenance. Plus they are a lot smoother.

Hi Kay love the content🔥 That Spark exhaust you heard on that V4 was a WSBK (world super bike) exhaust they use on the V4R. Akrapovic also make the same exhaust in that shape for the WorldSuperBike as well.

I've heard some other bloggers that are heavy into racing say they last up to 4-5k miles longer then your regular, steel I believe, bearings.
