These Eaton call points are less common here but they are very fiddly when you try to place the element in them when it’s on the wall. Where did you get these devices from. Finally, someone who reviews an Eaton call point. Similar versions are used in NZ, mainly KAC or Apollo. These are very nice, in my opinion.
