Thank you for this.. So easy and convenient It didn't take a minute . I had only a partial issue where only some Icons on the taskbar responded when clicked on and the rest didn't. When I did as instructed in less than a minute the system restarted and was back to brand new. Can anyone help - When I open an app on my task bar like for photo's or video program when I minimize it to grab a photo then drag it to the minimized app on the task bar it doesn't open for me to be able to drop the photo in - windows 10 you could hover over the app and it would automatically open now you have to open the app but make it smaller by using the two square top right icon to make the window smaller so you can see your desk top - grab the photo or vid and drag it into the app then make it full screen again.
Is there a setting to change so I can just hover over the taskbar icon for it to open back up once I have grabbed what I'm putting into it?
It just comes up with the red circle with a line through it as though it think's I trying to pin the photo or video to the task bar.

MAN THANKYOU, in my case it wasn't only taskbar, the "explorer.exe" file will always appear as not responding, couldn't make any windows actions, no volume controls, no settings menu, no nothing.
Literally I tried everything on internet but apparently this was caused by last night update, so this is the specific FIX we where looking for.

my windows 11 taskbar hasn't changed it is same as windows 10 and the windows button and the search button doesn't work. Will this command fix that problem as well ??
