I have a lot of different air guns and break barrel and some other ones I have in ancient crosman which belonged to my grandfather was this gun is probably getting close to 100 years old I restored it when I was in high school I'm 74 years old now but I restored it when I found it at my grandfather's place he had passed away and we were getting everything ready for auction if I was crappy enough to make some tools to take it apart and rebuild it and it works to this day 22 caliber brass barrel rifle it's nearly all brass construction except for the receiver brain part of it is probably some kind of pewter or something probably Peter but it works and it's accurate can you pick up some of them with a 3909 by 40 scope on are you feel like you're picking up a deer rifle but these guns are all attacked drivers and I use them up to about 80 yards I have all kinds of regular firearms have for many years my father and I and her dad died 2010 and don't have him anymore so we can't share all of our experiments and things that we did over the years with various guns and ammunition turn on the tradition how about that myself a couple times but I'm still going and a good video
@@larryward1082 Larry thanks for sharing your story , some of those old guns were and are true gems . Im a sucker for brass . Usually if you see brass parts its because the blueing either wore off or someone stripped it so you could see the nice brass work . I was just thinking of pulling out a nice breakbarrel rated scope and mounting it back up on the Beeman so I will have adjustable Objective and zoom , I have a Hammers brand scope I like a lot , I really enjoyed shooting the breakbarrel again its probably been 2 years sitting in a corner. I like shooting at longer distance when I can but this riffle is particularly heavy , weighs in at 10 pounds with a good scope on it , this spot I can drive up to, my long distance range is a mile walk each way .
