Hello Grace, thank you for your question. The Jazzy Air is meant to be operated on flat level surfaces, including concrete, blacktop or asphalt. It is also designed to perform admirably on packed soil, grass and and gravel. Even though the Jazzy Air may be capable of handling greater obstacles, we recommend that you do not attempt to negotiate a curb that has a height greater than 2 inches.
This video is missing a critical step to the unboxing. When it arrives the base is sitting onto of a styrofoam cradle that you will need to pull the base off of. If you’re doing this so you’ll want to remove the batteries from both sides and wiggle it a little bit at a time onto the floor the base has no traction on there styrofoam so hooking the batteries, and controller up and driving it off of the foam block is not an option. It is best to have two string people available to lift from each side of the base to get it out. This also misses all of the other packaging removal steps such as removing prieces from boxes and wrapping from pieces.
