CPU throttled down to 3.4 GHz and 65 W of drawn power for not reaching the temp limit. This build needs a better cooler to take advantage of the 4.6 GHz all-core clock speed.

I'm in a dilemma between buying an MSI Z490 motherboard with I7-10700KF or this motherboard and an I7-10700F CPU... I do not really care about overclocking really... but it's easier to sell the K version. On the other hand, the ASUS motherboard I like it more than the MSI. Agh...... What do I do?!? Also, what's the difference between B and H motherboards?
Voltage is locked, when it gets hot, it restricts the power limits and voltage limits and that pulls the clock speed down like hell !

Nah it has temporary turbo boost which boosts it to 4.6ghz for a bit then goes down to it's 65tdp limit. It didn't thermal throttle as temp was still in 60's though you can change to higher voltage and make it clock as high as 4.6ghz but not sure with the b460 mb and I don't think the stock fan will be able to handle it aswell
