Great movie a true 80s classic crime film ,Walsh was great in this film ,man they'll never make movies like this anymore
This was Martin Scorsese's choice for the Best Picture of 1982. He said this film and John Carpenter's "The Thing" were his two favorite films that year.
He has awesome taste, well and ET and Blade Runner.

This is a great low budget rewatchable movie. I own it on DVD and yes he did say it first.
