I think one of the reason you like some movies so well is because they have several things going on like action romance and comedy all in the same movie. Since you both like time travel films I highly recommend Somewhere in time with Christopher Reeve and Time after Time. Malcom McDowell plays H. G. Wells chasing Jack the Ripper back thru time to present day. Both of these are awesome movies. Continued success on your channel.

My top 5 fav movies: 5. Raiders of the Lost Ark - an example of a perfect intro 4. Forrest Gump - inspiring 3. Revenge of the Sith tied with Empire strikes back- love how it set up the OT and best lightsaber fights. On the other hand, the twist in ESB was something else. 2. Endgame - peak Marvel in my opinion, emotional roller coaster, best final battle in MCU, to name a few reasons (saying that as a diehard marvel fan) 1. Return of the King - an example of a perfect conclusion, and also most inspirational among the rest. (I’m also a fan of LOTR, but this feels more emotional and inspiring than the rest of my top 5) These are just my personal favorites, so please be respectful when replying. I’d appreciate it.
Warrrior is an all time and hits me every time. I’m the same way, I recommend it to everyone I see to how underrated it is and how hard hitting it is. The brother dynamic gets me every time

As I'm starting to type I've not finished the video, but I wanted to mention something before I forget about it. (Not that I have a short attention span, I have a lot on my mind right now. My pup is sick so she's the priority on my mind.) What I find funny/interesting about what you said on the Avengers movies: A year and a half ago, I hadn't seen any of the MCU movies except I think one or two (and a half maybe), and had been spoiled a lot of the important landmarks (like IW and Endgame's endings/twists). I ended up doing a marathon of all the movies the day after Christmas 2020, all of that in four days. Of course it didn't hit me as much as if I were going it blind, but IW and Endgame were great movies. Now it's been about a year I've used both movies to help me fall asleep. Every night I put them on a playlist and go to bed. And to finally go back to what you said, if I wake up during the last hour of Endgame, I'll rewind it to the beginning of that last hour and watch I again because it's so great to watch. I hope anyone who read through it didn't find my rambling too atrocious. Cheers from France! 🍻

Great List Sean. Hard to rank, but here I go... 15/14 - Warrior/Inception - only because I haven't seen either. 13 - Rocky - Sorry, but I'm not a huge Rocky fan. Enjoyed the first two films though. 12 - MCU - There are some I love and some I can't stand. Endgame is one I can't stand. I think the Mandalorian is going to become Star Wars for me after what the sequel trilogy became….the prequels are special even if not perfect, but the original trilogy will always be great. That being said I’m with your wife in understanding why The Mandalorian is her favorite. I love the Mandalorian as well. So I completely get her reasons. But Empire Strikes back is my favorite of the original trilogy!!

I believe i have heard Cody Leach talk about your channel and i have been meaning to come watch some videos. I am here and subscribed. I love your passion and conviction for what you love. Cant wait to start going through your playlists. I also appreciate you involving your family in movies. Im a young(er) Dad as well, 37, and i love showing my three kids movies and seeing all three of their different perspectives on them. Anyways. Very good list. I tend to have different opinions on some of the movies considered classics. Back to the Future for instance. I respect, but I’m not a big fan. My wife and kids love them, but there not on a top 100 list for me. I adore time travel books and movies as well but there just not for me. Im a much bigger fan of the 1960 The Time Machine. As I'm starting to type I've not finished the video, but I wanted to mention something before I forget about it. (Not that I have a short attention span, I have a lot on my mind right now. My pup is sick so she's the priority on my mind.)
What I find funny/interesting about what you said on the Avengers movies:
A year and a half ago, I hadn't seen any of the MCU movies except I think one or two (and a half maybe), and had been spoiled a lot of the important landmarks (like IW and Endgame's endings/twists).
I ended up doing a marathon of all the movies the day after Christmas 2020, all of that in four days.
Of course it didn't hit me as much as if I were going it blind, but IW and Endgame were great movies.
Now it's been about a year I've used both movies to help me fall asleep.
Every night I put them on a playlist and go to bed.
And to finally go back to what you said, if I wake up during the last hour of Endgame, I'll rewind it to the beginning of that last hour and watch I again because it's so great to watch.
I hope anyone who read through it didn't find my rambling too atrocious.

I think the Mandalorian is going to become Star Wars for me after what the sequel trilogy became….the prequels are special even if not perfect, but the original trilogy will always be great. That being said I’m with your wife in understanding why The Mandalorian is her favorite. I love the Mandalorian as well. So I completely get her reasons. But Empire Strikes back is my favorite of the original trilogy!!

This is my first ever video of yours to watch Sean. It just showed up on my RUclips feed this morning. I am a movie fanatic, horror in particular. I believe i have heard Cody Leach talk about your channel and i have been meaning to come watch some videos. I am here and subscribed. I love your passion and conviction for what you love. Cant wait to start going through your playlists. I also appreciate you involving your family in movies. Im a young(er) Dad as well, 37, and i love showing my three kids movies and seeing all three of their different perspectives on them. Anyways. Very good list. I tend to have different opinions on some of the movies considered classics. Back to the Future for instance. I respect, but I’m not a big fan. My wife and kids love them, but there not on a top 100 list for me. I adore time travel books and movies as well but there just not for me. Im a much bigger fan of the 1960 The Time Machine. Thats a top 25 movie for me. Anyways. Loved your video. Cant wait for more.
