Clogging Dancing by J Creek Cloggers Zeb Ross Hillbilly Jam 2023

Clogging came from Irish step dancing. Scottish, English, Cherokee, and German step dances were also part of the influence. Rhythms and movements from Africa have contributed as well. Some forms of clogging evolved into tap dance in the mainstream over the years.
This clogging performance by the J Creek Cloggers was at Hillbilly Jam in Maggie Valley North Carolina, a yearly event that brings thousands of folks together to celebrate the Appalachian and Hillbilly heritage in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
