- 🔹 Hi racers, nlgxzef here! Here is another feature teaser for upcoming NFSMW Unlimiter v4!
🔹 This new feature will be available on the next version of NFS Most Wanted Unlimiter!
Notes:
- The icons and strings for the menus are read from car-specific CARNAME.ini or _General.ini.
- The icons for the parts can be specified via TEXTUREHASH attribute. For the strings, it's LANGUAGEHASH.
- The names are also used by the shopping cart.
- For this, I'm reimplementing the Setup() or RefreshHeader() functions of customization menus. I'm also planning to do this for performance parts.
- The icons and strings used for the Extra Customization Showcase car may change with the public release as they're made for testing purposes.

Crazy to see how there is still so many mods to add to a game from 2005, really speaks for itself on its legacy.
The best NFS game ever (in my opinion)! Another game from 2004 where the first mission is to steal a bike gets more love, so why the hell not?

I have already fixed it but I've disabled the kit wheel modifications for now as it randomly makes the game quit (not crash) after the first loading screen.

I tried to install you're Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 and followed every step in you’re decription, but i still get an blurry nissan logo and car name the sane happens with the Nissan 240SX, while the Nissan 350Z just install fine
Will these features come along with unlimiter mod or will we have to download mods separately and combine them with unlimiter to get these features? I'm a noob at modding that's why asking
Unlimiter is the lock and the mods are the key. So, you need them both. But don't worry, modders make a good use of Unlimiter features as I see. I'll update my Extra Customization Showcase car (Mustang) and probably make a detailed documentation as well.
We need a NFS MW carbon most wanted style of campaign but in the carbon map with additon of most wanted with dope track u know 👀

I have quite a big gallery of consistently edited car brand logos prepared to work with NFS C.
Would you want to use it in your Unlimiter, or you just need parts and part brands icons?
Good to know! I don't have any plans to change the car logos via Unlimiter. So, please release them as your own mod on NFSMods and NFSAddons! I'll be seeing ya!
@@nlgxzef Yeah, the release part of developing a mod is what kills me, I haven't released anything since Diaper filter for Payback, and it was a mediocre mod with a terrible release

Does the attachments come with the unlimiter or its different also how did you get that hud resize cus I can't get it
Sadly whenever I add stuff that isn't a graphical mod likes cars, the game just keeps crashing at random even if its a minor add on
There may be many reasons for a crash but the most common one is using old tools to do it. Avoid using ReCompiler, Ed or NFS-TexEd whenever possible. Use the last version of Binary instead as it handles all the files better. Also keep your mods up to date.

Greetings. For some reason I cannot use junkman parts on career mode when I use the unlimiter. On shows option title and when I select it the backroom gets frozen. Also unlimiter doesn't let me to turn off the headlights with the extra options.
hello bro, I hope you are well... you know I have a problem with the latest version of Unlimiter... what happens is that I had 124 cars added in the game normally, and when I added the car number 125, when I saw it in The dealership looks normal but when you go out and modify it, it becomes invisible... any solution for that? Should I change something in the Unlimiter .ini file or what should I do to make it appear and not be invisible when I modify it?

If MWO uses the same customization system as the vanilla game, it should be compatible. I'm just making use of the unused customization slots from the vanilla game.

Because MW and Carbon use the same engine and graphic library. It's easier to "port" this version of unlimiter to Carbon?
This is coming from someone who know absolutely nothing about modding.
Hi! Despite being on the same engine, Carbon changes lots of things. The customization menus for example, are handled in a really different way. Also, I don't change any customization options for NFS Carbon Unlimiter as Archie already does the same with his Extended Customization mod.

Is there a way to enable elimination race for online mode?
Lap Knockout mode? I think we need to edit the LUA code behind it to make it work properly. It's complicated for now.
Please make little bit more about extra options v6 nfsu2 features when it's done.

What about Carbon?
It will come there too eventually. I find MW05 customization to be better. I can make a nice car faster than in Carbon. They ruined the hood variety and changed them to stupid desogns on Lamborghinis. Adding more flexibility to MW05 works better for me. Tho Carbon could use good restoration work of parts from most wanted and decals etc.
NFSC Unlimiter doesn't alter any customization features as it's already done by Archie's Extended Customization mod. But I'm still there to fix bugs and improve your experience with add-on cars!
When will we get the mod?
