Was that a Colombian place? It looks like a common dish called “bandeja paisa”. A place I go to here adds sausage and avo’s in addition to everything on your plate. Literally 3 people can eat from just one order! But it is delicious!

The bandeja paisa was the only colombian dish. Mojitos are cuban and tacos...well I think that speaks for itself..
