The whole Iowa team had an off night, they missed a ton of shots.
That is the only reason Maryland made it close.
I was impressed that Iowa hung there even though the refs allowed Maryland to get away with a lot
    of pushing and shoving.
Caitlin had an off night, she missed several easy shots, well, easy for her.
How many players can have an off night and still score 38?

Bad coaching? I disagree. How about the fact they were playing a VERY good Maryland team on the road (at a venue in which they'd never won before), in a packed house. Maryland came back twice- on 1 occasion down by 18 to lead by 2.
Personally, I would say BOTH coaches coached very well considering the circumstances. It's pretty easy for you, to being super hyper-critical sitting on your behind stroking a bunch of clueless nonsense on your keypad.
      Get over yourself.

Caitlin's perimeter shooting and quick passing is just phenomenal. I know she's on pace to break Kelsey Plum's all-time NCAA women's basketball scoring record this month, but if she plays a 5th season at Iowa like she has the opportunity to, as long as she remains injury free she'll break Pete Maravich's all-time NCAA scoring record.
