Enabling this on Windows 11 stopped my admin account from being able to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from the Microsoft Store. Each time the installation would fail. I switched this setting back to Not configured, and then I was able to install it with my admin account. I am searching for a way to disable the Windows Installer for the three standard user accounts on our PC, but still allow my admin account full ability.

Thats the purpose of disabling the "Turn off windows installer" even admin account cannot to install.. but for you to install is you only need is just to enable it again...
