2 nights ago I had a wild lucid dream. I was in a small living room with about 20 other people and Vanna came out. Played this song. The crowd sing, the feeling, the emotion.
I woke up smiling with wet eyes.
It was spiritual for me.
This song (And whole album tbh) got me through some tough shit.

One of the reasons I love Vanna is that every album sounds unique and different. 'Boo boo they didn't make the same record 7 times in a row' is basically what I'm seeing in the comments on this and It saddens me that people don't see they beauty in progression. I listened to Vanna back when this came out and I'm still a huge fan today. I would say go see them live and you'll see what I mean, but it's a bit too late for that. RIP Vanna

This takes me back to 2009. Such a good year and great music. Miss this band so much. Definitely got me through tough times, saw them at the knitting factory in Hollywood and honestly I'll always cherish that memory.

Actually I was the lead CLEAN vocalist. I sang just as much as any of our screamers shouted. Backing vocals and doing all the clean singing are entirely different

New Vanna is way better imo. This sounds like it was amazing for its tome period. Still sounds good don't get me wrong but the new Vanna sounds way more unique and mature.

+Alex A - Nah their new clean vocalist sucks compared to Evan and he had better riffs. Vanna was basically one of the first core type of bands so they were never generic.
This sounds generic to you cause when this came out there's a good chance you were probably young and weren't into this and by the time you were all bands were copying this sound
+Anthony Cardenas- Completely agree! It's like Vanna sounded nothing like Asking Alexandria,Attack Attack, Mice and Men or any of that and this came out before any of then became relevant. New Vanna to me sounds like they are trying to do what ETID has been doing. I read Evan left because he was singing less but it would have been interesting to hear Vanna with more Evan Cleans and less screaming.
Vanna knew how to use melodic riffs to their advantage to give a more poetic post hardcore feeling. It's perfect! New Vanna is great too. RIP Vanna...

Saw these guys on The Sick Tour. They are amazing!
This band has inspired me so much. It all started with this song too. I can always come back to this album and reminisce on my freshman and sophomore year and all the good times in between. I'd say that's some powerful music.
