I really think "A Curse for True Love" had a solid ending. This was definitely five stars for me because I love Jack and Evangeline. I agree there are some unanswered questions, but I feel like we may have another spin off. Either way, I still love it! 😇
I really wish I had time to read this many books each month but school is WAY too much but I still get through like 5 or 6 books each month, love your videos Rachel ❤❤
So glad you gave acftl 5 stars (i personally rated it 4) idk why i felt a little sad for stephanie that most people were disappointed and i feel like so far you’re one of the few who expressed their love for acftl and gave it 5 stars. I think she felt pressured to write this book because of how much hype the series got (i think she’s in the process of writing acftl when the series got so viral on tiktok) plus she also mentioned she initially didn’t know how to end it that’s why the release date got postponed.
20:21 Idk if you already read it but the first book that came to my mind was Furious Love by Nancy Schoenberger and Sam Kashner. "The definitive story of Hollywood's most famous couple...For nearly a quarter of a century, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton were Hollywood royalty, and their fiery romance often called "the marriage of the century" was the most notorious, publicized, and celebrated love affair of its day."
Floriography is a cool flower book that tells like the origin of their names and kind of some fun theories/myths, also beautifully illustrated. Not sure if it’s available in Australia!
A book I read about flowers and their symbolism is The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. It's an adult romance. It wasn't a favorite of mine because it was a little depressing, but it has a cool section in the back with the meaning of the flowers that I thought was really cool!
I am currently reading once upon a broken heart! Can’t wait to see what the hype is about haha. Also, I really think you would enjoy the An Ember in the Ashes series. Its one of my favorites!
Heard a lot of mixed things on Hopeless, but I still hope I enjoy it. A lot of the things you discussed were brought up by other booktubers too so I’m starting to get wary abt picking it up lol 😆
hey Rachel! If your looking for a book about flowers, I recommend House of Roots and Ruin. It’s the second book in a series, but you don’t need to read the first one. It’s a lot like belladonna in that it’s gothic, historical, romantic and a mystery but flowers are a huge part of the plot!🌸🌷🌼
Hi Rachel! First and foremost, I’ve loved watching your videos for a while now, but just never comment :) but when you mentioned the seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo and that you’d love book recs with some Hollywood glamour vibes, I thought of A Sky Painted Gold by Laura Wood, I read it a few years back and still think about it. I think the best way to describe it Is… think Little Women + Elizabeth and Jane Bennett’s (from pride and prejudice) sister relationship meets the glitz and glamour of the extravagant Great Gatsby parties and drama. IT’S. PERFECT. Lastly, the Bible verse at the beginning of your videos is always encouraging and hopeful. Keep being the light you are on socials!
I read the seven year slip in October as well and had a very similar experience to what u had Rachel. But I still absolutely loved it. The chef really reminded me of Gabriel from Emily in Paris 😂
Rachel you should read The Diviners series by Libba Bray, it’s so underrated and it’s a favourite of mine 😍 it’s YA paranormal historical fiction set in 1920s New York, it’s SUCH a fun and spooky time
Advika and the Hollywood wives is a cool book about Hollywood, idk if it’s old Hollywood but it’s a cool contemporary fiction with a romance/mystery sub plot and diverse characters. I didn’t LOVE it but I gave it a 3.5 stars I think! I was pretty invested and it’s a book of the month book
Hey, Rachel! 😁I love your videos sm, you are one of my favorite RUclipsrs. I think that you should read a Nicholas Sparks book; he is one of my favorite authors and whenever someone asks me what my favorite book is I usually say A Walk to Remember by him (even though I can never truly pick a favorite among ALL of the books I love). I love the majority of his books. Also, I have recently read Archer's Voice because you love it, and I really liked it!
It’s so fun how people rate the chestnut springs series so differently! My rating is 1. Heartless 2. Hopeless 3. Reckless 4. Flawless 5. Powerless They were all above a 4⭐️ tho
you should read floriography if you enjoy reading about flowers. floriography is focused solely around flowers, their origins and their respective meanings. a cozy and short book.
Where did you get your copy of A Curse for True Love Rachel Catherine? I live in the US and I really want a paperback copy of the UK cover but it's only showing the hardback is available in Waterstones store right now.
Who wishes that Rachel interacted with her viewers in the comments? It is us that is able to let her do this for a living. I am sure she doesnt get that many bad comments.
I feel like we have pretty similar taste so if you're looking for a YA recommendation, I just finished the fae games trilogy (pawn, knight, queen) by Karen Lynch and loved it! Kind of like a fantasy/magical realism/mystery/slow burn vibe. Finally starting ToG this month, so nervous/excited!
Since you want more books about flowers, I haven't read it yet, so I l'm not sure if it's good, but I found a book at the thrift store called The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh
Hey Rachel, I've been a huge fan of your chanel for a while now and I love your videos so much! Thank you for all your wholesome and beautiful content. I makes my week, every week 💜 I have a book rec for you that has a major plot point of the meanings behind specific flowers etc. It's literally called "The language of flowers" (haha) by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. I haven't personally read it but I saw it recommended ages ago somewhere in the book community online and have had it on my wishlist since. I hope that this is the kind of book you were looking for. I'm super excited to hear your thoughts on it. :)
Hey Rach! I really nice flower recommendation book is The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. It's a really beautiful and emotional woman's fiction that follows the life of a girl who find comfort and hope in flowers 💐 ❤ It's not a new book, but for me was a amazing experience

Hey, Rachel! 😁I love your videos sm, you are one of my favorite RUclipsrs. "The Enchanted Hacienda" is about a girl whose family owns a magic flower farm, they talk A LOT about the language of flowers and such 😊
Also highly recommend the language of flowers!

I think you would love Delirium by Lauren Oliver! It’s YA trilogy, dystopian, with a large romance plot. My fave book!
You should definitely read the book “language of flowers”. It’s not fiction and I remember it being so wholesome
Since you want more books about flowers, I haven't read it yet, so I l'm not sure if it's good, but I found a book at the thrift store called The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh
