Literally Rachel just being the most wholesome lovable person in the entire world and all she did was a July wrap-up 😂🩷🩷😍 love your videos so much rachel!!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
Pretties is the second in the series and I really can’t even compare to Uglies. Please consider continuing the series because it just gets so much better after the first.
10:11 so just for reference im 33 a millenial love your videos btw and the Uglies, Pretties, and Specials came out in 2005/6 when I was like in 9th/10th grade (US school system) I was about 15/16 when it came out and read it lol so yeah theyre pretty old. Hunger games came out shortly after in 2008 and then Divergent came out 2011! Just for reference so yeah it’s already 18 years old that book!
Just hearing the words 'MS Readathon' takes me back to Primary School in an instant (and that was 23+ years ago 🙊) 💖 In july i read: Too Late = Colleen Hoover = 4 stars Alex Approximately = Jenn Bennett = 3 stars Happy Place = Emily Henry = 3 Stars and i am currently reading Next Of Kin = Hannah Bonam Young 💖
I remember reading Ready Player One in high school for a class and was shocked how much I liked it. I don’t play video games either but still the book was so entertaining! I’m so glad you tried it and enjoyed it :)
I agree with you, my favourite books in The Summer I Turn Pretty trilogy is the first and end of the 3rd and that the 2nd has the least going for it. I also am enjoying the prime series!!! It's quite different but I like that it's different and we kinda have 2 different representations of the story :) I also love the addition of the character Skye
I completely agree with your review on Uglies Rachel! I felt the same way when I read the first book, but I learned recently that a movie is being made for the book so I might give it another chance!
Rachel, I just want you to know that you and your channel are such a safe space for me 🥹💖 you have such a calming and gentle presence about you that I absolutely adore
I think you would really like Pretties if you picked it up after reading Uglies. I commented on your TBR video for July that Uglies and Pretties are definitely the best of the series but Pretties was probably my favorite overall and i remember it having exciting romance too. But then again I read these when I was 14 😂
Congrats on completing your TBR! Ive just got a kindle and I would like a KU recommendations video from you. I've read Archers voice and loved it and I've just finished the Edens too. ❤
I'm in the middle of The Final Empire right now, and as soon as I finish the first Mistborn trilogy I 'll be reading Warbreaker, but I didn't know what it was about until now and it sounds SO interesting!! I'm a lot more excited to get to it now ❤
I am so excited for you to read this time it's real in august. i am reading it now and it's so so good. could be the second romance of the year i give a five star to
YA Mystery recs like Truly Devious - The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro, The Fixer by Jennifer Lynn Barnes (P.S. love your videos!!!)
The Naturals Series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes is apparently an amazing YA mystery like true crime series! Haven’t read it yet but a bunch of booktubers have recommended. Same author as inheritance games :)
I loved Nine Liars, definitely recommend although does get left on a cliffhanger for the next book. Also recommend None Shall Sleep by Ellie Marney, it is a YA Psychological Thriller es book and absolutely loved it, gives of Criminal Mind vibes
For reference my niece and me are the same age. 8 weeks apart On my 22nd birthday we get a phone call saying my niece couldn’t walk it was like she was paralysed and she was in the hospital doctors didn’t know what was wrong cause she was so young so they didn’t think to check for MS she was shipped off to and old person hospital in town for 6 weeks because doctors had know clue why she would be getting all these I guess you say attacks? and guess what she was diagnosed with on her 22nd birthday MS. We are now both celebrating our 30th and she has a healthy baby boy, and every year she does the walk for MS and I Do the Reading for MS it’s one of the lesser researched diseases especially when it come to young people so thanks Rachel for the ms awareness it means a lot to everybody who is affected by it.
I am so glad you love Ready Player one!!! i love the book but i put off reading it for a long time too. ive been trying to get people to read it but i stopped saying sci fi because it makes people not want to read it 😂 thats why i didnt want to read it

I felt the same way about influencer work representation in You and Me on Vacation/People we meet on Vacation. It’s not that it was bad but I just feel it will age so so badly
