Many suppliers has e-packet for US, but not for Canada and other countries, so let's say someone buys a product from Canada that doesn't have e-packet option (how do I deal with that?) If I have to make sure the product I need in my store has e-packet for all the countries, then I will have a very short list of products.

Great question! Although shipping times are not ideal, they are doable. Customers are willing to wait if you sell them on branding, support and potentially the price. Finding a good supplier and products to sell is not an easy task. However, the staff here go out of their way to respond to your questions and concerns and give you much needed advice and direction. They respond quickly and answer your questions always clearly so you're not going back and forth. Although I've dealt with a few of their customer service reps whom have all been wonderful, the most recent one was Rhea and she has been extremely helpful. Great question! Although shipping times are not ideal, they are doable. Customers are willing to wait if you sell them on branding, support and potentially the price. There's many successful dropshippers making million who have to wait the same shipping time as you. If they can convince customers to wait, so can you! -Tommy
