I have the exact same type of authority issues. I don’t get angry or defiant at authority, but rather I seek the approval of every authority figure and when they express unhappiness with me or when I get angry at them it just doesn’t compute in my brain and I start crying uncontrollably 😂

cause I have a theory that somehow this is like a weird reaction that sometimes happens in kids that have both authority issues and at least one parent in either the military or is a police officer.
When I get angry I’ll raise my voice and like mid sentence I just start crying. I can’t really be mad without crying. Everyone that has saw me angry, saw me cry while being angry. Idk why I just can’t get angry without crying.

In today's world, the real world, shit like Richard would not make it thru the week . There are huge shortages of medical personnel of all stripes, especially doctors & nurses & anyone can take a walk instead of tolerating a bully. Somebody quits under bad circumstances & your ass is on the carpet, you have just become a liability. My grand daughter is a traveling nurse & makes huge money plugging the holes in the employee problem, works under 120 day contracts, and nobody gives her stress but the patients. She can go anywhere in the country, she knows it & so do they.
