They would've. After the accident Arizona had trouble coming to terms with her being disabled. Needing to depend on Callie a lot made her feel worthless. When she worked with that one doctor (can't remember her name) she felt different. When she was asked why she cheated, she didn't have an answer except for "I guess it was because she didn't know me before the crash and it felt nice to have someone know me only now and not from before" or something similar. Mark also would have been there to help Arizona come to better terms with it because of their shared experience rather than Callie who only dealer with the aftermath. When Callie figured it out that she had slept with another woman, she mentioned that she thought they had gotten past all the hard bits with everything that happened with the crash and Arizona blew up. Pointed out that she wasn't ok the plane and she knew nothing about what it was like in the woods with Mer grieving Lexi and them trying to keep Mark from dying. I sincerely believe that him dying was the root of the reason why they divorced.

If Mark was still alive Penny wouldn't have happened because they would still be the best three. I also think maybe even Derek and Meredith would have been okay because he would have talked sense into them long time ago. He really became whole new person and amazing dad infront of our eyes.
Wish they kinda added her mom before she had Alzheimer's see her brilliance a few times n then see her get Alzheimer's good topic and a doctor of her field having this would of been incredible
