I noticed you did not post a video of how you took the door off. Can you post a video or give a explanation of how you removed the pin that holds the door arm, Thanks !!
HEY a trick for removing semi stripped torque screws or any type of screw really that has some stripping or that you worry about stripping.. USE A RUBBER GLOVE put it over the end of your drill before you put it in the bolt to remove it, I'm working on a 740i right now and that is the life saver! No penetrating oil or drilling out required. 🙏🙌 You're welcome.
Also can you post a video of how to remove the bumper cover from the bumper. I have the bumper off but I guess there are screws behind the impact strip however my bumpers have the headlight washers and they won't come off !! LOL

Great video, but i found that if i used a good L shape torx, and a piece of copper pipe as a breaker bar, i didn't have to remove the doors.
