By down, you must mean bottom of the barrel.
      That is what they are.
That is what they have been for 40 years.

BenJ went young but went older in some areas of need. The OL needs a guy who teaches not that he needs to learn. The Allen with the defense. Then you have BenJ leading the offense. Then you add Eric Bienamy as a RB coach. On paper we didn’t miss much in what was available to us. Now we need the players we have to get them to be disciplined to what they want to accomplish and hungry to make sure each of them are starving to perform.

Poles took great players -- Caleb, Moore, Odunze, and Allan and turned them into mediocre players.
Poles will take great coaches and make them mediocre.
    That is his gift.

@@dj12797 as long as we get 2 new defensive linemen, 4 (might talk myself into 3) offensive linemen, a Keenan Allen replacement and CB2 who can play and isn’t a little bitch, I’m cool.

Lifetime Bears fan. Please explain how hiring all of these "top" coaches will change results on the field. I've heard for the last 35 years, every year, how some changes like this will make the Bears a winner, or how about every year we hear about some 5, 6, or 7th round draftee will be a stud, next thing you know they're being cut. Just be honest, I don't need hype. Help me out.
