The fender eliminator looks great. Cleans the rear of the bike up dramatically. Can’t wait to see what kind of exhaust you put on it. I believe the 500 is going to be a great entry-level bike for Kawasaki.
Great parts and company!! I have a question, will the full aftermarket exhausts that fit the 400 fit the 500? I am having a lot of trouble finding a full exhaust for this bike. Thanks!
We have still to make a video on that topic with this bike but tue one we made with the 400 will give you 95% of the process ruclips.net/video/H_ytEHjj2Ek/видео.htmlsi=CWdBZzSopCd4ZQX- -BR
I bought a turn pod mounting kit for this to keep the stock pods. But i have an se, with led pods. The harness connector is quite large. I dont see a way to get it through the blockoff plate w/o modification. Any other ideas b4 i drill a larger hole for wiring
The best option may be to replace your signals with aftermarket ones to avoid drilling the whole out. Otherwise, drilling out the hole or cutting and resoldering/splicing your wires is a good option if you have the ability to do so.
I feel like I missed something: why not just cut off the connector from the factory license plate light you disconnect, then splice that pigtail to the TST license plate light pigtail and plug it in, rather than using the tap connectors?
You can choose to do that but we show the method that anyone can do without feeling uneasy about splicing. In our installation video for the license plate light we show three of the most common installation methods found on most modern motorcycles.
@@kaplandg most of the parts transfer right over so it's a long list to copy into here. We will be making a dedicated category for the Z when we can get that bike in here. -BR
Years of working on bikes and patience haha. You can peel it back quite a bit while snaking the entire wire loom towards the rear and that should give you enough working space.

Absolute must have for this bike. Smoked windshield, decent slip on and stainless brake lines also
Yet another quality part for the bike! Love how it looks so clean, well done!
Thanks for the feedback! -TST
Amazing job TST! Looks beautiful!

Is this legal in the state of Florida?
Is there a way to attach turn signal lights to this or do you guys have ones that add on to this?
where can we mount the turn signals though?

@@TSTindustriesthanks for this comment, made it super easy to do mine in the meantime while waiting for fresh upload!
Where would we be without TST?
Can I use it for 500SE?
@@Shahrivroom8 absolutely!
New tail light for the 500 yet? 😅 we want it!
That project is in our plans but it will not be ready until sometime next year (2025)

Yep , all same tail components between Z and Ninja.

@TSTindustries excellent thank you!! Is there anything else that's compatible on the new z500 from that older z400 or ninja 500 on your website?

ok
Low mount is nothing but an excuse to be pulled over repeatedly
Yeah, cops in my state will pull you over in a heartbeat if you have a low mount. Not worth it.
You made the box cutting so easy I was struggling for a good 10 minutes 🥲
How did you pull out that boot with the licence plate light cord and the signals it won’t I’ll back any further for me
