- Sebastian Rogers (15) left his home between midnight and 6am on February 26th and has not been seen since. This is a search of the Rockland Recreation area, around 7 miles from Sebastian's home. A dog alerted in one specific area. This could be a false positive to animal remains, but let's discuss this new twist as community volunteers, the United Cajun Navy and Equuisearch Midwest, all spear-headed by Sebastian's dad, Seth join in the search to bring Sebastian home.

I have a ground scent German Shepherd and an air scent Belgian Malinois that are search and rescue dogs. If a proven cadaver search dog alerts on an area, the area should be cleared and no other dogs should be used until LE brings their dogs in. And if that Belgian Malinois in the video had been attacking anyone, that person would have needed an ambulance. The dog was receiving its reward for doing its job
Dog's are smarter than most humans. I'd love to have a trained Sheppard. I LOVE THEM!!
So what kind of search work was that dog trained for was it for human only remains?

Due to medical conditions, I cannot walk very well. But I sure as hell would be there giving out food, drinks, give every last dime I had, whatever else I could do. Just crying for this young man.

I also meant to say I’m worried about Seth’s health…it’s not easy physically/mentally to be out constantly searching. And I worry for Seth’s current partner & family it’s bound to be taking its toll on them too. 💚
I got a chance to listen to the interviews with the stepfather about the discipline that he subjected Sebastian to with regards to cleaning his room and taking a belt to him, and CPS being called. It was gut-wrenching to me to hear that man explain himself.
No one else is making them look bad, he and mom are doing that all on their own.
If my fur-baby was missing I couldn't stomach going out for a meal. Something seems just plain wrong, IMO
The step-dad took a belt to Sebastian?? Jaysus, to do that to any kid, especially an autistic kid is so troubling and sad. Sebastian dad must be devastated hearing this.

Federal land belongs to the public. We don't need permission to be on the land. Only need permission to use the building or take wood. The woman had no business kicking them off, and the cops knew that.
From what I understand from Trevor who follows this case closely says the reason they searched the landfill is because the garbage men that came to pick the garbage that Monday morning said the garbage can was unusually heavy two people had to pick it up along with an unusual shape. You would also think with a tip that came in to search that area and the dog alerting the law enforcement would have to follow up on what happened. At least come out and take a look maybe not Sebastian but some one else. I wonder how many times LE brushed things off like this in summers case.. 👀👀

I watched JLR , as much as he sometimes rubs me the wrong way,he does get around to places we need to see.
I also watched JLR when he was with the bio dad searching. Just heartbreaking watching him call out for his boy.

I love listening to you. My mother in law was from Darby. She met my father in law during WWII. They married in 1944 and when the war was over they moved to the USA, to rural Southwest Louisiana. They are both gone now but I miss them. You sound like her!
I wonder what grounds exactly Chris thinks he’s gonna sue Seth for? Is he gonna sue him because Seth won’t do what he says? It seems Chris is used to people doing what he says. Especially his little woman. 🤨
He seems like a control freek who doesn't like to hear the word no, 6 divorces speak loudly to me and a custody hearing lasting 7 years does to. Yea, its all very convincing isn't it. But notice how hes leading the searches, the areas, and id imagine he was one of the trusted contacts in the kids cell phone. Ya gotta think outside the box, the guilty dog barks the loudest.

My father attacked me with a belt when I was 15, he waited till after i had been lying for an hour ,hit me win the bollocks with the buckle end, it was beyond painful,next day at school I had a fight, got suspended then told my headteacher, i was put in care briefly but was home a few weeks l8r, he tried it again and cornered me and punched me in the nose and it was a tickle, I laughed then shoved him, he went fleeing backwards over the kitchen table then i jumped on him and got his head so just his shoulders were supported by the table ready, , , didnt hit himI laughed, last time he tried lol.
Quite a few fathers have acted the same, got to show who is boss to the growing son ,then one day the son gets his own back. Boo- hoo to Daddy.

I read the FBI was involved just a few days after he went missing.
It was actually three different dogs that took them to a fresh mound of dirt. With no leaves on top of it. Once, the dogs barked at this spot. The authorities made everyone stop and leave the area. Then blocked off the area
One dog alerted, there were only two dogs and the other was on the other side of the park with a different search team.

Hi Michelle, like you, I was watching JLR live when the cadaver dog indicated on that spot. Whether it was Sebastian or not, that dog found something. It’s Federal property so I think the FBI would investigate what’s been found, so the fact the TBI etc aren’t doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

FBI never arrived nor did TBI. Just a couple of beat cops closed off the entrance. TBI FBI nor any Detectives are going there to even look. Seems they know it's not Sebastion.

Thank you for doing this, Michelle. I tend to hang back and wait for more info to evaluate, and I appreciate how you keep up. I am not convinced the Stepdad doesn't have something to do with this. He sounds very much like someone from my past life, and that person was extremely abusive to my teenage son. The abuse of someone like this man will destroy whole human beings. The only one with a reason not to want Sebastian to continue to exist is that man, and his mother would go along with this because, well...Jennifer Soto. He's just a different breed of abuser. He caused that boy to no longer exist, and it's probably going to shock us when they find his body. Thank you again for bringing us these stories.
In one interview mom said that he was happy in the morning when she woke him up for school…. I thought he was gone when she went to wake him????

I’m watching todays search. They just found something. They’re near a downed old log. Don’t know what they’ve found yet. They’re calling for someone to come maybe with a dog? There’s probably a lot to be found anyway in the woods. It’s clothing. I’ll let you know what happens. Just clothing.

Our local sheriff's department uses Belgian Malinois on their K9 Units. I got to meet and interact with them last Summer. They are an AMAZING dog breed. Incredibly smart, strong and protective. Another great breed used for K9 Units is the Rhodesian Ridgeback. I had a Ridgie named Jake about 5 years ago. One of the best dogs I've ever had! Fiercely protective but had an amazing temperament and excellent with kids. 🥰

My understanding is there were because the Cajun search party was there with their dogs. I watched the live and as soon as the dog hit, within a few min someone ran everyone off saying they didn’t have permission to be there.
I was on a search in 2015 and there were so many buried pets and dead wild life all the teams got false alerts… they all were checked. I love your knowledge and style
Michelle, thank you for following Sebastian's story. We all know that after weeks the prospect of finding him alive grows bleaker with each passing day.
However, I keep thinking back to the early days of this story, when it was believed Sebastian had left in the middle of the night, possibly with a flashlight. And the reported admission that the stepdad had "belted" him earlier.
Could it be that Sebastian had a friend who would have taken him in, and has been hiding/protecting him all this time?
I can't get this young man out of my thoughts, as I was beaten as a teen and looked for any escape route I found available.
That sounds very possible, after being belted he was terrified of that Beast and found a way out!
No one’s going to be hiding him for this long unless it’s for nefarious reasons
Full Support For JLR Seth Rogers all the searchers are doing everything possible to find this sweet autistic 15 year old. Stepdad and this mom both have military training and that mother is trained MMA IF there was an intruder she had ONE job to protect her son so certainly that couldn't have been the issue. It's very odd she claims she doesn't know why Sebastian walked out that door she couldn't have known he did that she was asleep

My neighbors boy is identical to this boy....i never saw him till recently. This boy has total freedom...walks neighbors dogs..rides bike etc. Not like being hidden. But he is identical ringer. Hope they find this poorboy soon

You are so fair-minded and even though you sometimes say that something doesn’t look right, you dont rush to judge or go whole-hog for one theory. I am amazed. The theory that they locked Sebastian out of the house is awful enough to contemplate, but I am worried it might be more nefarious than that-esp with the landfill search. That’s not a good sign of what LE is thinking. Praying for this boy. I have an autistic daughter too. This case breaks my heart.
Here in the US, the way cadaver dogs are trained to alert us, is: bark, sniff, circle, then lie on the spot and not move until instructed to.
That's exactly what this dog did.
Few questions for Michelle
1. Mom said she told Sebastian at 9pm to go to bed.
She was on phone with step dad as he drove to work for 3 5 hours.
9 pm to 1230 am.
So, was step dad there when she said go to bed???

2. If Sebastian were talking to outside people from school computers, wouldn't it be very odd to disappear on Sunday night, since he wouldn't have had contact since Friday. ???
I understand if you communicate on Friday, and runaway on Friday. But for him to make plans , is he able to do that???
Idk what happened, but I don't believe he vaporized.
3. What's the deal that indoor cameras cannot be discussed?? Step dad n mom say they can't talk about it.
1. Chris had been in Memphis since early February. He didn't drive to work on Sunday.

Hm, I also had gotten the impression early on that step dad had been home and was driving to work starting at nine that Sunday evening and was on the phone with the mom for two hours during that time. Then when he said he hadn’t been home since early February, I considered that a change in his story. But that might have been some misreported information that the step dad had been home, or I misunderstood. But I had the same impression you did.
@@charlottebronte4233 I truly believe at first I heard the story, mom said she was laying on the couch and she talked to step dad while he drove to work. They talked the entire 3 1/2 hours while he drove, and she was falling asleep. I was thinking, there is no that I'm talking to that long. That's impressive. What do u talk about that long?? When they hung up the phone, she went on to bed. I wish I could find that story.
Later I heard the part added which said, she heard something in his room about 10 and told him Whatever you are doing, go to bed.
I don't have a doubt in me about their phone conversation.
It has been stated in a FB group I am in that the reason for the landfill search was because the trash men reported to LE that Proudfoot's trash picked up on the Monday morning that Sebastian went missing was very heavy and oddly shaped.

Yes, this detail is strange & vital. If the driver made a note they need to double check the trash theory. Maybe that trash truck had a problem & went to a different landfill that day. Pull the records on that truck, let’s talk to the driver too.
Katie reported Sebastian took the trash out and was seen by a neighbour but it took two grown men to move part of that trash to the truck because it was too heavy and awkward to carry.

I have seen many "hits" on video while researching cases. This was the first time I saw one "live". Very interesting.
Even if the hit wasn't for Sebastian, it could be someone else or evidence for another case. The TBI or local LE still need to check this out.

@oOIIIMIIIOo oh no, just for awhile immediately after, I took them food that I paid for and told them that they have to eat and he wouldn't want them to be not eating. They slowly started eating the meals I bought for them and they're still grieving, but they are eating normally again.
Our hearts are burdened for both sets of Sebastian's parents who are hurting right now. Heavenly father we ask that you would be their comforter, that you would, close the mouth of lions, cover them with your infinite grace and mercy, surrounding them in peace during this dark season. We pray for fresh grace, for renewed strength for each day, for your goodness and mercy over their lives today. We ask for you to give LE officials and searchers every spiritual gift to assist them in searching for their brethren's loved ones that are missing and not at home in the care of their loving arms. Bring them home to their loving arms. Amen.
Chris gets mentioned a lot because he is the man around the house, and the mother looks like she couldn't purposely harm Sebastian, but I have another theory. What if there was another man around when Chris is away for weeks at work? So this third party would explain quite a lot, and it is quite common for women left alone to have other friends.
Mom has done a great job fooling folks. As I understand it, she used to be an MMA fighter black belt with a temper who long ago when married to her first husband Seth, she attacked him. She is subservient in her actions in ways that worry for being with him.

my client has a an all black Belgium malinois and never heard of them before , but he's such a great dog ! I have a all black German shepherd and he's like the size of a horse compared to her lol....I think I may have mistaken a lot of them for German Shepherds before knowing what these are now .wonderful smart loyal dogs .

If Mr Chris isn’t involved in Seb disappearance then that leaves only 3 scenarios. 1:-He left alone. 2:-He was lured away. 3:-Something happened in the home & he was removed. Katie was the only person in the home so she would need help to carry Seb from the house. Could she have a member of “her” extended family do that. We know nothing of them. If this cadaver dog has alerted then it should be investigated,it might simply be someone buried a loved dog there,or it could be,if not Sebastian then another poor soul who's been missing,they should be looking
Uh no that's not what it is hun. Cadaver dogs do not hit on animal graves. They only hit on human decomp. There is 100% the human decomp scent in that spot or the dog would not have hit period. It's clearly not Sebastion. But there 100% was a deceased human on the ground right there at some time, or that dog would not have hit there.
If Seth has taken unpaid leave, then a go fund me is helpful to him and the stepdad can back off!!!!
I think Sebatian was discouraged by his family which made him an easy target for anyone who offered him friendship, or perhaps a way out.
Katie was home alone with Sebastian. Chris was in Memphis.
Neighbors said the lights went out at 9 p.m. and were on again at midnight.
Around 3 a.m. two people with flashlights were in the backyard coming FROM the house.
They went out of sight of the camera.
Soon after only one light came back.
I think the flashlights were mom and Chris taking Sebastians body from the house.
Chris them took the body to be disposed of and headed back to Memphis to complete his alibi.
Then the three way call to police and Chris comes back to Hendersonville, TN.
Chris has been really rude to people online doing searches for Sebastian and sharing what they are hearing....really rude, even bullying per some.
The fact they have not looked for Sebastian at all is Major suspicious.
Chris insisting "that there is no need to look for Sebastian" is suspicious.
There has to be some street camera video, photos at some point showing Chris coming from Memphis, returning to memphis then returning from memphis.
I still wonder if the women Chris married had children that Chris could abuse in some way....
I highly suspect mom did the actual deed though.

I have lost hope in TBI and TN law enforcement when it comes to missing children, ever since Summer Wells.
👋Olivia appeared with Bullhorn Betty and Molly Go Lightly in the Summer Wells case. Olivia was "trained" by Betty and these characters have been critisized over time by many. Olivia tends to find things in cases when past professional searches have been done. I for one dont trust her nor follow her channel

They did the landfill search because the trash man said the Roger’s trash was heavier than usual on the day in question

13:46 Landfill search was due to the garbage attendants noting that the mom and stepdads garbage can felt heavier than usual. This was noticed after Sebastian went missing. This was according to father Seth on an interview with Nancy Grace.
I definitely do believe that dog did hit on that spot BUT on what I have never seen a live search it was very intense to see usually people wouldn't say it is blood they'd say i see something brown or reddish 🤔

Trust the dogs (or dog). It’s very suspicious that Sebastian disappeared shortly before the time he was to go live with his biological dad. Praying he is found alive-but it doesn’t look good. I sure wouldn’t be able to go out to eat calmly and not continue looking for my son. 😢

Just because the dog alerted does not mean it is Sebastián, after all, there are many missing in Tennessee and it could very well be someone else. Especially since we know a tornado went through the area a short time ago, or from another crime or missing person they have not located. Wonder if all the people from the tornado have been located??

Well, it has been said, it is also Federal Land and no local LE has permission to search it. It was said that the only authority allowed to search is FBI. Don't know if that is true or not. Also, it was said on a call-in show last night that the trash man for Sebastian's home told authorities tat the trash was heavier than usual that morning is why they searched the landfill. May be true or not, I don't know.
They will get permission tomorrow. Nothing moves on the weekend around here unless it’s an emergency. Unfortunately, one month later they won’t call In people to work in the weekend. Weather is nice here now. 60-70 F during the day. 40-50 F at night.

Yes the guy turned up in a truck not long after everyone was asked to leave that area the dog was indicating, after JLR gets back to car park he (step-dad) drive into car park.
