You sound young, and it's great to see young people so very excited about public rail transit and trains. Those are good looking trains. Well done. Thanks.
I saw an hev lfs novabus pulling into Broadview stn when I was going home today it looked like it was running on the 8 Broadview. Went out of service after tho.
Though I don’t live near Line 6, it would be useful for me to use so that I could go places and then go to and from college without a hassle if only I didn’t flunk out all the time :(
If you haven't already, maybe one day you'll get a chance to visit LA. We have the largest LRT system in the USA. We also have a lot of older buildings with cool elevators like the Bradbury Building in DTLA. Keep up the great videos.

Thanks very much!
How will the trains do in a snow storm ?
@@josephforest7605I am sure the line would be close and plus not much people will come on line if the conditions are bad
@@josephforest7605they would close the line cause the train can’t go thought thick snow
@@josephforest7605They do fine. Kitchener has had these trains for over 5 years now and they perform pretty well
This is Amazing! Thanks for sharing! As a Toronto Native (Rexdale), it’s nice to see the Finch Line come to fruition!
Idk if you noticed but I've been seeing them repave Finch so many times lately that It's actually questionable
This is where I’m hoping to ride it very soon, like come on Metrolinx, get your opening dates decision to a final already…
I can't wait to ride this and Line 5!
Don't we all?
Me too!
Wow!! Nice catch!! I can’t wait to ride this and Line 5 when they open!!
I like the slick look of these trains. I bet this line will open before the Eglingont line, lol.....Good viddeo man, thanks for sharing.
Hopefully they’re not that SLOW when they’re fully operational. The bus that drove past was going much faster.
@@Rick-C-117 At the time of filming, they were testing at relatively slow speeds; they’ve recently increased as they’re operating the full length
I find it funny that this might finish before the Eglinton one... 😅

Most likely a RAD
@@AlexGetsAroundTOI was thinking the same thing.
0:00 “Oh my god there it is!” It looks like your film from a building
Yeah because the street goes downward from where I was standing in the first clip
I wonder if Metrolinx upgraded their Alstom trains with the same things that Ottawa needed to change to make them reliable enough for Canadian winter.
That I’m not sure of
We need this in Brampton from Gateway terminal to Humber College
Maybe after the Hurontario LRT opens, not a bad idea
You should have another channel called Alex gets Around Crosstown LRT
Lol anything LRT-related will be incorporated here
One time I saw a line 5 bombardier flexity testing between O'Connor (Victoria Park) & Pharmacy
I saw seven trains testing on the same line recently.
Though I don’t live near Line 6, it would be useful for me to use so that I could go places and then go to and from college without a hassle if only I didn’t flunk out all the time :(
Great catch👍
Thanks!
@AlexGetsAroundTO Let's hope line 6 opens up this summer.
Anyone know why they have used a big letter 'T' for Line 6 sign posts? Why didn't they just use the TTC logo?
It’s a stupid symbol for Metrolinx’s wayfinding system
I saw it on Thursday
Hello Anthony
@@Gurtejbauer24 hey Gurtej how are you?
@@TTCactiononthesubway all good here 😄
@@Gurtejbauer24 that's good to know Gurtej but I'm not doing that good I feel like I'm coming down with something
How long are these kinds of trains tested? 6 months, maybe?
Yeah something like that
it would be funny if this openes before eglinton
It would but that most likely won’t happen

I’ll definetley get to LA at some point and thanks!
Unfortunately look very slow!
They’re testing at slow speeds to start
The projection are 36 mins for 10KM. This is beyond bad.
