A morning with our recycling collection team

Our recycling team at Blackburn with Darwen work hard on collection rounds to ensure that everyone's bins in the borough are collected. Not only do they do their job diligently, but they also do it with a smile on their face. They come across issues on a daily basis, many of which you the residents can help with.
