It's good to see that a luxury home can be done in the sims without custom content. I really like that we have gotten to this point in the game even though it took quite some time. Now to get to a point that we don't need mods for gameplay.

(If you haven't done the rooftop club, I'd love to see your take on that one - I'm always looking for something nice to replace it with, and I've yet to find anything I really love/that feels *right* for a luxury, roof-top night club/bar.) You've really got the touch. The flow of this apartment just feels *right* - and the little touches of plants and subtle lighting in the corners, the mezzanine... genuinely, I'm speechless. This is the vibe Sims 4 wanted to give us with San Myshuno, and fell so far from. Thank you for making TS4 a genuinely more fun, and beautiful experience for others! Your hard work is so, so appreciated!!
I've seen many VIII Landgraab renovations, but your floor plan is one of my favorites. The vista from the first floor got me gasping! It's so beautiful to look at the mezzanine after entering from the foyer area. And the color palette is so pretty! It must be time-consuming to find the right light color. Great work! ❤❤

I try placing the second floor and I can see that it fits perfectly but it won’t place unless I enter the other apartment’s area. And of course that will cut off a part of the build.
