Oh my gosh, I am blown away by her diligence and creativity! So many amazing baked goods and at such reasonable prices - that was an even bigger shock to me. I wish her all the recognition she deserves!

I was so shocked and makes me wonder how can she prepare and baked these all by herself everyday? and then i realized her store only opens every Wednesday and 2nd & 4th of Saturday.....no wonder she looks relaxed and systematic while she bakes and prepares all the bread and she delivers it with joy and high quality...very impressive!

This is the kind of bread story I love best. The profiles of bakeries that make 100+ different products get tedious because they’re all make varieties that are pretty much the same. When it’s a 1- or 2-person operation, I get anxious at how fast they have to work and the horribly long hours involved.

impressive! This lady is running a business using mostly home bakers' equipments and home bakers' baking methods. There's no additives and dough stabilizers added to her bread. Everything is done in small batch. This requires so much work on her part! I also want to comment that the local environment there must be friendly to small businesses. In America where I live, this style of one man family business is impossible to maintain due to the high cost of running a business. After all the prohibitive cost of setting up a commercial kitchen, passing the gazillion inspections required to operate, it simply won't be profitable if you run a one man operation. You won't even make enough money to maintain all the ongoing costs to keep it running. There's the rent , insurance and utility cost, and various continuous inspections to keep it running. Plus there's liability cost that comes with insurance.

加古川市のお店ですね😅女性店主の森さんの森工房も地元民に愛されてますね😉大葉とベーコンのエピとりんご🍎カスタードのパンは本当に美味しそう😋🍴💕エピは行ったパン屋では大概買います😉ビーツのスイーツ🍰🍩🍮✨も作るんですね、ビーツ自体は北海道の札幌のロシア料理店でジュース🍹を飲んだ事がありますが、まさに良薬口に苦しでした😅しかし月6回のみの営業とはハードル高いですね😅ご主人と二人の娘さんにも支えられた理想的なお店ですね😊
