You can’t find the digital code in the email? The code should be the PIN in the email, well that’s what it is for the robux, never redeemed mine coins but most likely is the same, try to redeem the PIN code because that is the digital code for robux

Might be an issue with your country, they may not allow it or Microsoft is out of stock, if it is it will appear after a while
