      Hi I’m kinda late to responding to this soz!! Multiple buttons at once the way that this game shows it was a new concept to me and unlike the other games that I saw. It took me a second to get adjusted to it but I typically just look for which icon isn’t there and I work around that. It takes less time than just trying to process what’s there.
      So let’s say you have three at once and its up left and down
      You don’t see the right there so you know it’s the other three
      For this to work you have to have all combinations of three memorized
      So like up down right, up left and right, up left down, and down left right
      It might not be as effective but this is how I managed to get it down

    • @Jonaathine
      @Jonaathine 2 года назад +5

      Basically how I figured them out was I just practiced and slowly got it. I found out that the most used are specificity two of them. And so I memorized those two three holds so I would remember them.

      @@gray2424 as one who went from mirai to diva, its definently a lot harder to read, but you get used to it. I'm still insanely better at spamming than hitting the multi notes but im not as bad as when i first started. Also handheld mode is easier imo cuz input lag and ur eyes arent spazzing and trying to read notes

    • @Kalvinjj
      @Kalvinjj 4 года назад

      @@deadacc7140 As someone who is into the Extreme charts now, I can guarantee you there's NO perceivable input lag on the wireless mode of the joy cons or any wireless controller from the Xbox 360 and upwards. Anything related to that is either you losing connection from range (can happen even if you think you are close enough), but then you really do miss presses entirely not just out of time, or the most likely culprit: your TV acting up.
      Like Hisokeee said here, setting the TV to game mode or monitor mode is necessary. There's also a lag calibration function in-game, I never needed to use that thankfully.
      TV mode being harder I won't say against tho as that's personal and dependent on your TV size and view distance. For me tho, the Switch in standard size (non-lite) is way too massive to play Diva on it easily, the grip on the controller can be changed easier in my case if it's docked.

    Then there's the secret technique that I call "the hiso's technique": By playing a sped up version of a song and getting used/consistent at it will make the regular version way easier. This is more helpful on harder songs/petterns (especially on f2nd) and overtime you really feel the difference while playing songs with higher bpm. As for mega39s, perhaps the best way could be by speeding up replays of yt perfects but then you are not sure if you are doing it correctly. Speaking of bpm (idk if hiso is planning a video about speed and/or spam), there are imo 5 main stages of spam learning:

    Bro, thank you very much for these tips, they have helped me a lot to start in the future tone, I am new in this world of project diva, I still find many things difficult but I am progressing, for now I am practicing a lot alternating fingers in the parts that I They require a lot of stamina, (also because I want to get the perfect one in the song (テオ "Teo"), I thank you again for the help you have left on your channel for new people like me.

  • @CtTr2438
    @CtTr2438 4 года назад

    It worked very well.
    It took me 3 days.
    The way I did it was the next:
    -Try to do the thing
    -Keep trying until notice some kind of advance.
    -Inmediately, do it again 2 or 3 times with that advance, and stop for 10 min+ (30 up to 1h is what I recommend, but you can stay longer)
    -Retry now, and repeat the whole process. You may mastered the exercise in 1 day at least.
    Extra pro tip: play 1 time at least doing the exercise you're mastering **before** sleep.
    Pay attention and copy ALWAYS the way hisokee use the inputs.
    I skipped ZL-R ones, due I personally hate macros, and I didn't care so much about the points more than perfect a song.
    The alternate one took me more time than I imagined to master than the others.
    I was used to play and perfect average extreme F, F2nd and X song, so I had a basis.
    I would mention in the intermediate lesson with I started these videos, the alternating notes with one hand was pretty easy, and I think it would be considered as a begginer lesson more than intermediate.
    (To be fair, I'm pretty used to, even I perfected songs like extremd F2nd Miku Miku ni shite ageru and extreme F2nd Magnet on the past, then maybe simply was easier for me by that reason)

    This is really neat. When I first started playing, I could not beat most maps on Hard. I was in this sort of limbo between finding normal too easy and finding hard to be way too hard. If you know me though, I am really stubborn. What I decided to do was to play the songs on hard mode anyway. I would go into practice, and just play all of my favorite songs over and over. Before I knew it, I was finishing those songs with a G or E rating and unlocking Extreme modes.
    So, now I found myself in a place where Hard was too easy and Extreme was too hard. So I became stubborn and just played all of my favorite songs in practice mode on Extreme. I can finish most of my favorite songs on Extreme and Extra Extreme now. The only thing I really have yet to master are songs that use double notes, but you're expected to hit them at a speed that would require alternating both hands. For example, the end of "Disappearance" on Extreme. Either I need to hit both buttons with one hand and alternate, or I need to make faster presses with two hands.

      Tips for X.. its honestly one of the worst games you could buy. It only has like 30 songs and the extreme mode can be equated to like hard on a 6 star song. Just saying as someone who felt they wasted their time with buying that game as their first diva game :/

    I saw this and was super excited to get tips on mix mode but was bamboozled when I saw it was for arcade mode. It's still a very good video for beginners! I'm going to be ordering an adapter soon for my ps4 controller because the pro controller and joy cons are much tougher to hit and not as smooth as the ps4 controller.

    • @cephi_sui
      @cephi_sui 4 года назад +1

      I bought a whole PS4 controller just for Megamix lol (that and I didn't want to buy a Switch Pro controller). Check out 8bitdo's controller adapter. It doesn't have any noticeable lag and 8bitdo is well-known for its Switch stuff. There's also the mayflash adapter that's apparently better because it supports more controllers but I can't vouch for it.

    • @xXartuntaureforyouXx

      @@cephi_sui ty think i might take a look at this adapter since i can't get used to switch controller at all. way to used to the good old ds4 controller. i will mainly play megamix for new songs and mix mode since i have ft and it looks so much better.
      i don't dislike the toon shader tho.

    How do you press the button so quickly when doing Intense singing? I’ve been playing since X but I still just can’t press the button quick enough. I’ve tried the alternating way but I much prefer non alternating. Is it just a thing that happens over time where u eventually become fast enough? Or is there some sort of trick?

    this video has helped a lot so far!! I've been a fan of vocaloid and project diva for like 8 years but was never able to play the games. I finally got megamix and I have so far completed a handful of extreme stages in a month or two. I'm starting to understand triplets however I cant for the life of me alternate buttons. I for some reason find it much easier to alternate every 10 seconds or so from one hand to the other as opposed to consistently going back and forth every note. I'm gonna keep working on it but my left hand is so not on beat despite being my dominant hand 🤨 great video though!
