You missed the biggest one - Gary Bettman
Fuckin this......
🏆😅
Also "Toronto". Not the team. The place the refs call when they're too indecisive to make their own calls.
As a Wings fan, Jamie Benn is a prick. He cross-checked Larkin in the back of the neck and received no consequences.
Mathieu Joseph now too
Gary Bettman of the Caps is a bigger trashcan right now.
Ken Holland received no consequences for those Nielsen / Abdelkader / Quincey contracts 💸
@@judeau9151 Well... He did end up getting replaced.
and a certain stone
For Dallas I'd say Benn. He's thrown some pretty dirty stuff in the past. His most recent being last year on Stone.
Yeah it’s definitely Benn. Dallas doesn’t play with that level of physicality to warrant the villain or dirty reputation but Benn has had some childish tantrums
Jamie Benn eats corn the long way
Surprised he wasn’t mentioned. As a Wings fan, I’ll always root for Dallas’ downfall as long as Benn is on that team, after what he did to Larkin.
Agreed on Jamie Benn, It took Larkin the better part of two seasons to get back to normal after that hit.
THG couldn't mention him cuz that's his boy. lol
"After 40 years if I didn't let things go, I be this ball of rage who just screamed and yelled all the time"
Ah, Steve Dangle
(Sorry Steve)
If the Leafs are the villain, they’re usually the Dr. Evil variety, since I think other fanbases more laugh than seethe at them.
“We will pay our core 4……. One BILLION dollars!”
The biggest villians in the NHL (to their own fans) are the Maple Laughs....
Dr Evil actor Mike Myers is a big Leafs fan ironically
Oh no, there are fans who absolutely hate the leafs. Being a Leafs fan, I've seen more than enough fans of other teams who absolutely hate them.
Part of me want to see them make the SCF just to see that celebration carnage in downtown but then I constantly see the Whining about the refs and the conspiracy BS from said fans and I easily turn to rooting against them (and that’s includes when they Boston, who I hate as well).
Vegas went from being a great feel-good story to villain real quick.
For some fans, Vegas was already a villain when they first joined.
an expansion team making the cup final in year 1 is NOT a feel good story
@@MikeG82 It really is, and it only isn't if you are salty.
@@MikeG82 it was surprising
@@tyrous1743 no it isn't especially when there are teams with far bigger fanbases that haven't been there in decades, those fans earned nothing
salty? my team is the Penguins so we got plenty of recent memories
Dallas? Def Benn
Absolutely Benn
Wonder if THG doesn't understand the hate of Benny or forgot about him
Joining the screw jamie benn chorus
Larkins neck would disagree about your Stars take. Plus the plethora of other guys Benn has victimized.
For Toronto it isn't just media coverage, their fanbase is also incredibly arrogant and delusional.
Toronto fans have blind faith in the Leafs... no matter how bad they do, there is always next year
@rozzie101 it's not even just that. It's how dismissive they are of anything else.
Maple Leafs fans are the same as Dallas Cowboy fans
@carsonwentz8301 I'd say worse. There are still plenty of Dallas fans that have seen not just one but multiple championships in their lifetime. Toronto fans are more like if Detroit Lions fans behaved like Dallas Cowboys fans.
@@McSomething15 lmfao great analogy, as a Lions fan I’m here to tell you the vast majority of us wouldn’t dare.
There are definitely different types of villains:
Annoying fanbase villains: Leafs, Rangers, Hawks, Habs, Avalanche, Oilers
Salary cap villains: Vegas
Dirty team villains (and annoying fanbases): Florida, Boston, Philly
Being way too good for way too long villains: Tampa
Edit: Interesting how I called out like 10 different teams and the only people whining about it are Panthers fans… weird.
Tampa is everything: cap, goon-it-up, being too good and location villains
I'd throw Pittsburgh in the good for too long grouping.
Tampa isn't going to be a problem in that category moving forward....
@@dAiMYoBeAr Tampa has nowhere near the level of goonery of Boston or Florida, and definitely not the same level of cap controversy as Vegas.
Yeah Pittsburgh belongs with the Lightning too, maybe not as of late, but still
Don't forget Vegas's instant success as an expansion. Some people are still mad about that.
They are FURIOUS.
A wild Tom Wilson has appeared
Wilson got suspended for this video.
Dallas should be on there. Always been a low key dirty team. Benn for sure.
Most of us outside of Dallas dislike Jamie Benn a lot. He’s a dirty player
As a Capitals fan, I am shocked that I have not heard "Tom Wilson." He is like Dale Hunter used to be. If he is on your team, you love him. Other fanbases want Wilson hit by a bus.
The ironic part is that Tom Wilson will be Capitals' Captain once Ovechkin retires.
A couple of years ago I would agree with you, but I didn't hear much about Wilson this year.
(possible I wasn't paying attention enough though :p )
As dirty as Tom Wilson can be, he's still more than willing to drop the gloves - unlike Nick Cousins of Florida.
I find it hilarious and rich as a Pens fans that Bryan Rust actually said that regarding the panthers. If the team had 1/3 of the Panthers intensity in January we wouldn’t have kept blowing late leads like they were going out of style and actually make the playoffs. Look in the mirror, Rusty!!!
I can't believe he would say that out loud either. That feels like something you would keep quiet to yourself if you truly beleived that because it makes you look so damn soft.
Yeah when THG said that I thought " and that's why the Cats are playing for the Cup and you're in Cancun."
Hawks fan, that's a fair take. I'm glad you mentioned everyone is gone. Also, the bandwagon fans had to be annoying too, but there are a lot of us who are nice.
I'm shocked McDavid got on here over Kane for Edmonton lmao.
Thought perry or Kane get in there
Normally Kane, and now Perry, would be the dislikable players there. I'm often annoyed by the drai meat riding fans, but most of the team is pretty likable
@@qp2044 What's wrong with Draisaitl? He's the best player in the league second only to McDavid.
@TheConspiratorist there is nothing wrong with drai. But he is definately not the second best player in the league, which is why I was talking about the fans rather than the player
There is only one TRUE villain in the NHL.
Gary.
Refs too
It's Bettman's fault!!!
That’s fair. He definitely should have been on the board.
New York Rangers 😃
I'm surprised that Evander Kane and Corey Perry weren't mentioned for the Oilers
That's actually so true especially with evander Kane, I think the Corey Perry villain thing has fallen off a bit but maybe that's just how I've seen it.
I think Mark Stone, OEL, Larkin, Cooke, Zetterberg, Toews, (the list goes on with at least one questionable play every. single. year.) would have differing opinions on whether Dallas has a player that is consistently disliked for his questionable play.....
Biggest NHL villain?
Bet365….
And here I thought you were gonna say Gary...
Betting apps living rent free in my head
When we get a team back in Atlanta, we will be massive villains. It will be "They dont deserve a third try. They dont support a team". I will gladly be the villain. Lets go Atlanta!!!!!
I can remember a time when the antics of Matt Cooke made me want Pittsburgh to lose more than anything.
I think part of the reason Vegas is a 'villain' is because they were successful so quickly. Prior to that, expansion teams were expected to be terrible for a long time before getting to the playoffs. But Vegas did it right away, so there's a sense they didn't "pay their dues".
The funny thing about Trouba making the Rangers villains is that we as a fan base are lukewarm on him at best. Yeah he fires the guys up...sometimes. Sometimes. But he's also like...not really that good at hockey and costs us games.
The fact that he's a captain for you guys is a joke. Kreider is the leader of that team on the ice every game IMO and has been for years. Maybe he didnt want the responsibility, but Trouba would be like my 7th pick as C for them.
@@NothingToPointOut24 I assume Kreider was offered it and turned it down. There is no other explanation on that front. Assuming Kreids still doesn’t want it, I’d give it to Trocheck or Fox before Trouba, and possibly others.
Trouba is not only a dirty goonbag , but he stinks at hockey
@@NothingToPointOut24FUN FACT- Prior to Kreider resigning in NY, the Ranger were actively shopping him at the deadline.
Imagine....shopping...Kreider?!
He eventually stayed and took a lame contract extension with NY.
It was during this time that Trouba was named Captain.
Fact is, the Rangers did not want Kreider.
A year after he signed his new bum deal, he pots over 50 apples. 🍎
Kreider is easily the heart and soul of the entire NYR organization and will go in history as an all-time Ranger great.
All for an organization that tried to trade him away....
I've seen Trouba's physicality compared to Dustin Brown and I find that pretty insulting. His antics this post season alone are crazy, either the recent elbow in FLA series or the airborne miss on Nechas last round are straight outta the late 70s early 80s.
A Team and fanbase that prides itself on being the villain or heel, shouldn't have anything to say when they eventually lose. because thats the whole point of a "heel"
That being said, the team that takes the cake for the sheer number of "strikes" that make other people mad, is probably Vegas.
Boston, Toronto and Rangers are all up there too. But they've always been up there. But a lot of it is honestly just the fanbase.
Toronto, Pompous fanbase and Media overload, zero cup wins since 67 to back it up.
Rangers, Much of the same, they act like an Elite Franchise, yet they've only won 4 cups, and only 1 since the second world war..
And The Bruins. also perrenial chokers as of late, 1 cup in the last 15 years, plenty of finals failures and playoff chokes.
People don't like the flyers primarily because of flyers fans.
This is true for all Philly teams
Hey, that's me. Not nice.
Same with the Leafs, Oilers and Canucks, people hate the fans more than they hate the team.
I think part of that might be a contributing factor to those fanbases’ toxicity.
I think maybe older fans like myself, remember the Broad Street Bullies days, and that villain image has only faded a bit in half a century.
My former boss (who was from Philly) said if you go to an Eagles game wearing an opposing team’s jersey, you likely will have beer thrown on you (or worse).
Benn.
Benn, hands down for the Stars. He’s a great player, but has made some DIRTY plays and can get people riled up like Marchand
there's a certain stoning that comes in mind
Yeah not sure how he could not mention Jamie Benn there. He has certainly done enough to be hated around the league in the past few years.
The Roadrunners actually go back further than the 70's, back to the 60's in the old Western Hockey League. First hockey I ever watched live was that league with the San Diego Gulls (Willie O'Ree and Jack McCartan), Phoenix Roadrunners, Seattle Totems, Portland Bucaroos, Salt Lake Golden Eagles and the Denver Spurs.
Biggest goon is probably Brady tkachuk he’s always getting mad when you get the puck away from him 😂
Biggest goons are in NY.
Flying elbow Trouba and always ejected Rempe.
Pick any Tkachuk in history, they're all goons. I'll continuously celebrate Keith's failure to get a Cup.
Biggest difference between the brothers is Brady will go after anyone around that's a threat to teammates, while Matt seeks out smaller, non-aggressive opponents or turtles on occasion.
A rat sure but a goon i dont think so
Yeah, it must've been infuriating for Nordiques fans to see their team win the cup right after re-locating, but let's be real: the main reason the Avs won that year was Roy. I seriously doubt that the Canadians trade Roy to the Nordiques...
"If I didn't let stuff go I'd be this ball of rage all the time..."
So basically Steve Dangle.
We hate Jamie Benn a lot down here in Detroit
The amount of money the Rangers spent to be terrible in the late 90's and early 2000's will never not be funny
The Fact that Zero Teams from Canada Won Anything for years is EVEN MORE LAUGHABLE 😂😂😂
Jamie Benn is the one EVERYONE hates on Dallas and people hate Dallas cause they constantly dive and rarely get called on embellishment for it.
People hate Chicago because of Wirtz. He said people should shut up about all that SA stuff
I have nothing really against the remaining teams left in the playoffs, but Benn is making the Stars very hard to root for. dirty dirty player
Imo Penguins definitely deserve to be on this board in some fashion, team and fanbase can be very obnoxious at times.
Maybe it’s because I’m a Panthers fan, but I really don’t get the “villain” role everyone wants to paint us as. We didn’t circumvent the injury rules like Vegas does; we don’t have obnoxious fan bases like Boston and Toronto; sure, we have pests like Bennett and Cousins but it’s not like teams like Boston don’t have Marchand and Maroon; Tkachuck is the kind of star the league dreams of having, someone who is tough and confident but clearly has tons of respect for his teammates; and we have guys like Barkov and Bobrovsky who you can’t help but root for. And then there's Paul Maurice, who has quietly become one of the NHL’s winningest coaches, actually has a sense of humor and gives some of the best press conferences in the NHL, not to mention he's on the hunt for his first Stanley Cup as a coach.
I truly do not get it, unless it’s nothing other than jealousy from “traditional” markets who can’t stand a team from Florida, who up until recently was a punching bag/joke line/relocation news magnet, having success.
Um... Tkachuk is a dirty player in his own right.
Dude this all fucking day. Grew up in South Florida as a child and will forever be a Panthers fan. Have loved a team for the past 30 years that has been shit for like 25 of those years. People don't understand that. Other fanbases also like to act like their shit doesn't stink and there players don't sometimes make dirty plays.
I dont have any major dislike for Vegas but I could see why other fans hate them. Esp if they are your teams rival. Yeah they had to pick the right players that made them successful, and guys like Karlsson and Marcessault took their games to another level with them compared to their past teams, but Bettman basically handed them a competitive team right off the bat to hopefully expand the market in Las Vegas. If that franchise started off with some rough years, I believe that it would've been tough to get a fanbase built as quickly as they did. But it also would've given them less hate from other fans.
And as a Devils fan and Rangers hater, it would be a disgrace if Bettman had to hand the Cup to Jacob Trouba. He'd probably be the first NHLer ever to elbow the Cup instead of raise it.
The only dislike I have for Vegas is the cap shenanigans but I mean, they so aren't the only one trying that sort of thing. Pretty much every team has at one point or another as well anyway. Really just how, egregious that they made it look.
"handed them a team" is literally completely untrue and you even stated it in your own comment with "Karlsson and Marchessault took their games to another level with them compared to their past teams". Nobody thought that Vegas would win games and 0 people thought they would make it to the finals.
Complete revisionist history and you could read up on articles at that time saying the same. The original team were called the "golden misfits" for a reason, y'know.
@@shinyuta But those guys were already good players. The fact that they got better in Vegas doesnt mean that they were stiffs beforehand. Karlsson on a good Columbus team was buried on their depth chart. Got to Vegas and went from 10 goals to 40.
But how about them basically being gifted Shea Theodore? There were lots of factors during their expansion draft that benefitted them moreso than even the Kraken's one. Probably because the league knew that Seattle was a market that didnt need a winner right off the bat to be a success attendance wise.
I didnt say that they needed to get to the Finals in their first year. I said that they needed to be a competitor to build up that fanbase slowly. The fact that it was built up quicker because of their success is irrelevant and not my point here.
I think the hate for the Avs, to this day, comes from the fact that they were "given" a winning franchise at the expense of Quebec. I really don't think, even nearly three decades later, that that's gone away
Villains make for the best storylines in sports, change my mind.
If I hear media say "storylines" one more time...
I just want to see my team go 16-0 and win it all. I don't care about any "storyline" beyond that one.
Him not putting Jamie benn on here is a crime
Surprised no mention of Tom Wilson
With Toronto... it's their FANS! Fan is short for fanatic and they are fanatic!
How could you forget Gary Bettman? Bettman is the biggest a villain in the NHL.
Boston and NY will always make the villain list no matter what sport. Such large fan bases bring a lot of hate too
Benn, BENN! How can you not say Benn. He crosdchecks dudes on the ice. Hits late and genuinely tries to injure players.
As far as Chicago goes, there isn't a single person involved with the Brad Aldrich scandal that's still in the organization. They all were either fired/resigned, or died.
Jamie Benn: "Am I a joke to you?"
I kinda miss the days of my hatred towards chicago vs minnesota in 2015-17
As a cats fan, I'm glad it's us right now
Not sure how you can have a list like this but miss or skip.Tom Wilson of the capitals.
You discussed NHL villains, and DIDN'T mention Bettman?
Which team does he play for?
@@TheHockeyGuy
A lot of people commenting apparently just saw the "villain" and not the "team" part in your subject header.
This could’ve been a 32 team video, gotta try to come up with reasons why each team is a villain
The Sabres would be easy 13 year playoff drought that has made a rabid fan base, apathetic to the team
Ever since the Blackhawks got rid of Kane they’ve been completely different. The change was happening when he was there but once he was gone it felt like a brand new organization to me.
I’m a Panthers fan and I love the villain aspect it’s part of our grittiness of play
Dirtiness does NOT equal grittiness...
@@blackenedmagic888don't call us dirty just because you can't beat us
Jamie Benn man, might be tied my least favourite player alongside Trouba.
Last year when he cross checked Stone, got kicked out, left the rink while the game was still going on, dodged media and left it to him teammates to face the music. All while being the captain...and then next day says it was unfortunate how he tripped on Stone.
Taking zero ownership / responsibility. That's a shit captain right there.
Every fanbase has villains for teams they don't like even me
Shannon, you have Boston, NYR, Toronto & Chicago on your list and I get it and see your points. But for me, there’ll always be a level of leniency towards them in my mind because they are of the original six. The core and roots of the NHL 😃😃
The real villians of the nhl at this point is betteman and the department of player safety 😂
It's a lot harder to claim a guy is overrated when they have 3+ cups compared to 0. 😂
Honestly the tipping point for me with the Hawks was that press conference were the Hawks owner began to "discuss" with the reporters because they had the nervers to ask about KB
On Facebook I constantly get a group in my feed called ‘Maple Leafs SUCK’ without even seeking it out, that’s how hated they are lmao
Yeah, it’s Jamie Benn, and it’s not really a question. They have quite a few very like-able guys on the Stars roster, but Benn is not one of them.
Marchand is the most suspended player in NHL history, hard to imagine having any respect for a team that names him as their captain. He's almost ended the careers of a couple players. Seems only old heads cheer for Boston unless you live on the east coast these days.
I always embrace the villain role with any sports team I cheer for.,
Hatred for Toronto, in addition to media coverage and the fanbase, neither of which are the team's fault, is also generational.
People nowadays hate Toronto... just because. Their dad raised them to hate them because their grandpa did the same, but back when the grandpa was young, Toronto was a threat.
Plus, it could be simple spite for the nation's largest city. I bet that (and the previous reason) is why baseball fans unanimously hate the Yankees.
Dude, a dalek magnet? You just became my favourite person on the internet.
Wasn't there a sexual harassment suit filed against Chicago just a couple of weeks ago? For an organization with a turned-over front office, they are alleged to have kept some of the same 'sweep it under the rug' shitty behavior.
MTL no longer considered a villain, oh how the mighty have fallen :(
As a Vegas fan I accept and understand the villain status. It is deserved and I’ve not loved all the things the organization has done especially Fluery. But ownership got it done and brought a chip to Vegas a city of 2.2 million that had nothing to cheer for prior to VGK.
I still don't understand the mentality of certain fans where all that got from a sports for entertainment is eternal hatred towards another team of two.
I'm new to hockey this season, so seeing the hatred between fans of certain teams is fascinating to me
Dallas, fans are annoying, Benn is very dirty
The villains of the maple leafs? Having too many fans so they can have bad fans
man just a few years ago I could see the Ducks being on here with Getzlaf, Perry, and Kesler...even earlier if you replace Kesler with Pronger and add in Parros and Brad May lol
My hatred for Tampa Bay goes back to 2004, when uproar over the Bertuzzi/Moore episode had so many people declaring hockey an abomination. There was a reporter (who wrote for a Tampa Bay paper) who wrote a column basically declaring that Canadians were immoral deviants and that the NHL, hockey and Canada could basically go to hell and die with the impending lockout. After, of course, hopefully, the Lightening win the Stanley Cup. I have never, in my entire life, wanted a team to lose more than the Lightning. But, of course, they did win the cup. And I have never forgiven them.
I want to start by saying that I am very biased because I’m a Tampa fan from Tampa but imo it’s Florida. They are dirty, annoying, very good, and their fans talk too much for never winning anything. The perfect combo to make a villain
Gotta agree with you, I have never seen fans of such an unsuccessful franchise talk so much trash to other fanbases. They’ll dwindle out once they stop being good again though, south Florida fans never support their teams if they aren’t good.
Never winning anything?
@@Tyekiller115 They have no Cups, so no, they have never won anything.
@GWh135 Reminds me a lot of the San Diego Padres over in baseball. The players and fans have talked so much shit for not winning anything and coming up short, on top of already being very unlikable.
That photo of Marchand posing beside his EXTERMINATE THE RAT sign is pretty classic.
Seeing your video title, I could not believe how the Flames were not on that board. Then I realized this was (mostly) about playoff teams. As you were...
You hit the issues in Arizona on the head! Hockey belongs in Arizona. Fans will support a hockey franchise. The dislike/ hatred is for Alex Meruelo! The man is a Cancer not only from the fans but the whole NHL.
Gary Bettman knew the P O.S. Meruelo and what damage was being done. I'm not sure he really wants to purchase the property in North Phoenix. We'll see toward the end of June. I think Alex will be a NO SHOW on June 27th. That is the best thing that could be the best thing for the future of hockey in Arizona Gary Bettman did the best thing he could do. Looking forward to seeing the former Coyotes succeed in Utah. I only hope the fanbase there will love our team as much as we did. I think they'll fall in love with these guys.
Exactly. The fans are never the problem. Meruelo is a scumbag.
In terms of Dallas, Jamie Benn is pretty dirty
Bennett helps hide how scummy Tkachuk is.
Oilers Fan Here i do admit there are Some Parts of the Oilers Fanbase that can be very annoying and toxic and i seen it either in comment sections of Videos i watch or Social Media and other reasons.
Because of that Most Fans think All Oilers Fans are Toxic and Annoying which is not true lol. i'm sure there are many other Oilers Fan like myself rather not be associated with that part of the Oilers Fanbase but it is what it is sadly lol
Feel sorry that these bad apples are giving good fans like you a bad rep like in the end it's just hockey some people take it too far also good luck in your team winning the game today from a Nucks fan
@@RC30018 Agreed!! Nothing wrong being Passionate for your favorite Team and Hockey but like you said some people take it too far. and Thanks hope we win tonight.
I'd argue that every team's fanbase as a majority are just people who enjoy the sport but there are bad apples everywhere. I'm a Sharks fan and I've been to games in LA when we had a big rivalry with them. One of the games was game 3 in the 2011 playoffs where we came back from down 4-0 and won it, and during the intermission when it was 3-0 the Kings fan next to me was telling me about the Miracle on Manchester so the game wasn't over. Another time I went to a game and a couple of fans came up to my buddy and me and wanted to fight us for cheering for the Sharks (LA won and I managed to confuse them by saying 'good game' and reaching out to shake their hand, then they turned around and walked away). I've seen jerks at games in San Jose but I know I've had great chats with opposing team fans, even if they were fans of a team I hated (some lighthearted heckling both ways but otherwise good chats).
For me personally, what irritates me about this iteration of VGK, from the beginning, is that they haven't needed to build through the draft and prospects. Expansion teams in the past had a pretty crappy roster to start before building into a contender by developing their prospects. Mostly because of the NHL's revised expansion rules, they got to open their window of contention with players they just poached from other teams. The only playoff regulars they have right now that played as rookies with VGK are Hague, Whitecloud, and Thompson. The only 1st or 2nd rd pick that they still have that's panned out is Hague. The fans have no idea what it's like to experience drafting a guy that they can possibly build around, seeing him debut with the team, and then developing into a good NHL player. They haven't had to do that yet, and the whole LTIR cap circumvention only enables them even more
Benn should definitely be on the list for Dallas
Going as a ref around 2019-21 with a Pens hat for Halloween is elite level trolling. That's fantastic.
Sam Bennett is climbing the ranks with tkachuk following closely and as a panthers fan love it, before we were pushovers
rats deserve to be in Florida, with respect of course
It won't last. In 2018, it was Wilson with the Caps, 2019-21 was Maroon with The Blues/Lightning, and 23-24 it's been Florida. These people always claim that so and so team is destroying the health of the league.
Yep they can't handle that we're finally contenders, they just want us to fade back into obscurity.

Latest insightful entertaining narrative from THG!
Especially interesting about the Leafs . I still marvel I never knew they had a fanbase! Vermont born knew Habs Bruins Rangers. Moved West to LA working hockey and Canadian presence from Toronto were folks who worked in animation. Don’t recall much talk about Leafs.
Boston gear for this vid - perfect 🤣
Its most definitely Florida, straight yanked that crown from Tampa and Boston
Torts is the reason to love the Flyers
I'm a Dallas fan and I understand those who don't like Benn. When I'm playing against Dallas in EA Sports Hockey, I spend a lot of time trying to cheap shot Benn. My player gets a lot of penalty time in those games!
I'm an Avs fan. I have lived in Colorado, my whole life. I can understand people's hate for the team. I do like other players from other teams, and I do like a few other teams. I'm still enjoying playoffs right now. The fan base argument can be made for all teams because it only takes one person to ruin it.
Avs fans have a unique gift for overrating their players. They think that Gabriel Landeskog is the second coming of Brendan Shanahan, when in reality he's a lot closer to Tomas Sandstrom.
@@gablefisk-govphost817oookay. Interesting take.
@gablefisk-govphost817 which ones? I like who landy is as he portrays himself as a person. He is a very good player, a better captain, but seems to be a better human. I don't feel that way about shanny, but certainly don't expect outside fans to know enough about other teams deeper than ice level. Now Mackinnon and makar are legit as good as they are thought of by avs fans...and 31 teams are hoping that mikko hits free agency and they can sign him
@@qp2044 I think you answered your own question by the fact that you'd prioritize "He is a very good player, a better captain, but seems to be a better human" over his play on the ice.
@gablefisk-govphost817 I didn't have a question. I believe he brings more than just on ice play, but he is absolutely closer to the former than the latter, and before injury a top line winger for at least 20 current teams
