I've had this song on my phone since it was posted here and just learned that this is actually a cover (I've never been into rock music much) when someone played the original in my illustration class today. Honestly I still prefer this version. It's so much more dreamy and ethereal and I really feel the emotion behind it (plus I tend to just like electronic more than 90s rock in general xD).
I've fallen in love with so many types of music thanks to this channel keeps me moving thank you xkito

Ah, I remember a time when I was making the transition from metal to dubstep. That was a strange one, I started with Stephen Walking and then went to Monstercat. After that, I started to hear all these words like 'House' and 'Electro.' I didn't understand them, I didn't know what they had in store for me. I never really hated house, but I never listened to it. Then, I started to listen more. I listened some more, got bored of what I was listening to, and moved on. I moved on to variety, I moved on to a taste not limited to artist or to brand, nor to genre. I'm into whatever I listen to and like. And I'm a helluva lot happier this way than I was before, I guess metal just wasn't for me.
Wow the same happened to me but with jazz and dubstep, only a little later I started to know what the things like chillstep and nu disco and I don't know to this day either.
bldwldr bah for me it was transitions inside Electro, At the begin I hated Dubstep drop and 'WUB WUB WUB' stuffI began by soft thing like Contacreast , I used to hear some Chill or Electro house, I founded FuturBass, enjoyed Cloud nine, Falled bit by bit in brutal dirty Dubstep, today I can hear all genre or category and I Love download TRAP !!!

Manaka san Idk, I feel it's more of a phenomena. I've experienced what you're talking about. E.g. - I've tried having a song play overnight and next morning I wake up I hear different instruments playing over it compared to when I first listened to it.
