Solo video he has this in the bag. A lot of talking and not eating. But then again nobody knows what exactly he's feeling and could have very well known he didn't have it in him that day.

This was less someone wanting to beat a food challenge and more someone wanting to chat with another RUclipsr, develop a relationship and potentially get subscriptions from a different source that may not otherwise watch stuff like this.
Had Beard actually taken it seriously I'm sure he'd have finished in under 20 minutes. He talked more here than most of his videos combined.

Dude even suggested hiding some food! Adam was rightfully horrified and was the real gentleman in not showing up James. Who, having never seen him before, seems like he might be the kind of guy who could use a good showing up. Then again, if he had to vacate that meal on a plane the next day, I think he got his desserts!

James's face when he actually saw the size of the burger for the first time was hilarious. He knew he was never doing all that in time. Adam was definitely taking it easy and he only didn't finish it to make Adam feel better about failing himself.

Like I said in a previous video, beard isn’t so bothered by success, but more by the entertainment value he gives the viewer. All other competitive eating guys and girls I’ve watched take it very seriously and you hardly ever see them fail. This guy is still the best 💪🏼

I was here for this. Beard took all the time in the world with us before the challenge started, chatting to me and my daughter. He is a real dude and we really appreciate him taking his time to have a chat before hand. Great to meet you, Eat on brother, eat on 💪

The videos without a camera crew are so much better. This feels like a race on how many shots we can get in one video. Your DIY videos and montages are so much more relaxing to watch.
That's often an editors dilemma. They think they have to use Ll the camera angles and shift each shot every 5 seconds.
My boyfriend and I said the same. We hate to see the camera crew videos 🤣 and the constant memes do my head in lol 🤣 the old style videos are far more authentic and feel more natural

It may sound strange, but I have trouble eating at all. I watch these videos to motivate myself to just... Eat. You make it seem easier and enjoyable.
I love cooking, but I legit never have an appetite whatsoever, so I cook for others. I go days without eating without realising, then think oh I should eat something... And am full up after a piece of toast.
The past few weeks since I discovered your channel, binging your videos, I just force myself to eat some coleslaw from the fridge, since you make it seem so easy. Or shove a fried egg in my mouth.

Adam, I'm a 53 y/o Irishman who's never seen Ireland or any other countries for that matter. Anyway I'm not a small guy and I have a healthy appetite, that being said I couldn't dream of coming close to even your easiest challenge. You are simply amazing. Including your better half, your sister, friend's, and fellow competitors on your journey is another reason I think you're great. Keep it going as long as you enjoy doing it and if you ever come to New Bedford Massachusetts in the u.s. it would literally be a dream to meet you and possibly do a local challenge if in fact there are any 😂. Boston isn't far though and there's probably one there. Ok brother be safe and enjoy your meal.
