  • I found this little wooden wagon put out for trash pickup recently. I believe it is a Radio Flyer Town and Country wagon. It was in rough condition. Watch the video to see how I saved it from the landfill.

    Hello… your video will help me breath life into my own 1972 wheel king wagon… very similar to the one you restored. I dug it out from under our porch and am going to restore for my first grand child arriving in October

    Great restoration! These wagons made out of wood and metal are the best compared to all the plastic ones out there. I'm happy to see one back in beautiful condition!

    You did an excellent job on that wagon! I’m just curious as to how you made the stickers for the side. Perhaps sometime you can do a video on making them.

      Thanks for the comment Frank! I found the logos on the internet and used Photoshop to enlarge and modify them. Then printed on photo paper. I glued them on using contact cement and covered with a couple of coats of Krylon clear. I tried using decal paper but that did not work well, so I decided on photo paper. Thanks again, Bill.
