Creamy leek soup

Ingredients for 8 people:
1 onion
5 stalks of leek
4 potatoes (about 500 grams)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 vegetable stock cubes
1.3 liters of hot water
2 decilitres of cooking cream
20 grams of butter (1 tablespoon)
pepper and salt to taste
