Hi Thomas, I'm not quite sure. I might be doing a German series every once in a while but as I currently live in Cyprus it's not so easy to get all the ingredients. Stollen for sure is very interesting but also a longterm project as it needs to sit for several months in the basement to make it super tasty and original (at least that's how they did it in the early days). I would love to show how it's done somewhere traditional in Dresden though. That's a lovely idea :-) Thank you!
One of my favourite childhood foods. My grandfather always made it for my birthday with morello cherries. So yum!
