Hey mate, just a quick question, do you know if there is all the wiring there to fit up a steering wheel with buttons? Hoping to be able to link it to a OEM headunit. (For an 09 Kun26R).
Bit of a long shot for this, but did you ever get the self cancelling working for the indicator? I bought a new stalk and replaced it but still have the issue.
Its called a flasher can & be removed and replaced easily.lye backwards with the back of your head on/near the accelerator look up under the dash & look for a small round can plugged into some wiring.unplug the flasher can and replace it.you tube it so you get an idea....hope that helps ya.Lockey
This sounds like a clock spring issue. Replace clock spring. Perhaps you have a left hand drive clock spring in a right hand drive car. I've heard if this

Remove steering shroud after removing steering wheel , it will come out much easyer.
