Hello intel edits. Please, can you do a general PvP setup ergonomics video? Us, the viewers, would like some guidance on safety regarding: - Proper position of the gaming chair - Recommended gaming desk material and dimensions - Safest screen distance, angle, height, resolution, and brightness - Safest gaming keyboard backlighting colour (we've all heard the rumours that some colours actually COOK your brain) - Most effective nutrition for more muscle development in the fingers And of course more, but I think this should be enough to get you started. Thank you so much and bless you.
-It doesn't matter, as long as you're sitting with your neck feeling comfortable & straight body position (avoid curve positions) -Not important (it's opinions) -32-35 inches away from your monitor should be fine (angle and height depends on your monitor. if it's curve 24-27 inches then I suggest you to be 34 inches away) -
-i suggest 2nd level of light -drink milk, wrist exercises, take vitamins with D and A on it, and be productive (preventing addiction from pvp's) To summarize all, always be alert from uncomfortable feelings and should always do adjustments.
Whatever Intel said in this vid, its true. I had severe hand pain after playing bedwars for like 3 hours, i even had to take medication. It was cuz of my rapid hand movements cuz i butterfly and i had high sens. i decided to take a break for 2 days and let the pain go away, and it did. Thank you intel for making this vid :)
@@AKAGAMI7133 yeah im not used to it, i usually play 2 hours cuz im asian yk, and my style of butterfly clicking is to like click the mouse hard and fast so it does pain a bit but yeah im fine now ty

Thank you for making a video on this. There is so much misinformation about hand injuries in the pvp community. Some people need to realize that a lot of really bad injuries take decades to form. Thanks for clearing up a lot of misinformation.
This video is really well made. You clearly have done your research and also have shown many definitions for people (like me) who didn't understand some stuff. Really well done :)
Just wanna put this out there even if your hand doesnt hurt or feel numb after a long game please just take a break because thats a great way to not get hurt while playing thanks for reading this . Stay Safe :)
now that i know about the injuries that comes by different hand postures now i can have an endless sessions of candy crush until my battery runs out thanks intel
This is actually really helpful when i tried to learn how to jiter click my hand was really tired (it was also starting to hurt) and i just stopped doing it at all
that was a good precaution to take but that’s a hurtle all jitter clickers have to get over when they start, I don’t think that was necessarily a problem
honestly it took like a week for it to not hurt when doing it for small amounts of time then i just did it more to build up stamina to do it for longer and faster without pain and tiredness
When i started jitter clicking my whole right arm hurted for a week but after that i can jitter for the whole day without pain, i think it was just building up strength to get used to it
As a butterfly clicker, I’ve never had any problems but when I used to jitter 15 one time I was pvping and my arm and wrist were tingling a bunch when I moved my wrist, (I arm aim all the way) but I butterfly now and I’m gonna try out these tips! :D good vid intel as always.
@@hks2975 I used to jitter for like 3 years? But I switched to butterfly since it’s just easier and I don’t wanna shake my arm when I can get more cps without as much effort.

took a break off this game for about a month, my hands have never felt such relief before. thanks for making this vid, i know someone who literally sprained their wrist from clicking for so long
See every clicking method is harmful if you contract your muscles and try hard to get alot of cps but i have been maining butterfly for years now and have no injuries. The more you practise the easier and more natural the clicking method feels. Everythong with a limit and that is true for clicking too. Great video and good job you did it!
I have personally never experienced anything like this but this can be really helpful to the people that do a lot of gaming whithout breaks (By the way I am loving the commentaries!)
HEY INTEL!!! i'd like to say thank u because u saved my wrist from carpal tunnel from your bedwars tips vid. i found u through that vid and I genuinely want to say thank you because I was using my wrists a lot to move my mouse so thank you because if it weren't for u I would have carpal tunnel at this very moment, and now I play much better bedwars because of you so thanks a lot
Whenever I started jitter clicking, I did it with such bad posture and it hurt every time I did it. I know how to do it properly now though because of your videos! Thank you!
YES!! He talked about neck stuff. I thought I was just weird because my neck tensed up when I jitter clicked and it started to effect me when I do sports. I knew it was a real thing
It’s sad to think that I wouldn’t have kept watching this important video if there wasn’t some sort of gameplay in the background. Thanks for the info intel
Thanks for letting me know, I was wondering I was feeling pain whiling jitter clicking, thanks for letting me know some solutions on preventing the wrist pain!!!
when i first started, i used the razer viper mini (which i think was a bit small for my hand) and i jittered, which obviously has its own strength building, but i started to go numb in my mouse hand after a while, and then the time it took to start being numb and how long it lasted kept getting shorter to start and longer lasting. Thats why i switched mice (to the model o- which is great for me) and I started butterflying. Have never had any numbness, or any pain since. It was definitely a little scary, but i knew even then that it was probably nothing. personally, i almost 100% wont go back to jitter, but great video with tons of helpful info
Will fix my drag and some jitter, thanks! Also when I butterfly which I started doing recently, it’s great I found this video because I already use my whole hand to move and now I will keep it that way. Easier because it will be remembered in my mind instead of overwriting a memory :D
i know intel mains jitter clicking but its ok. i personally main butterfly because it doesn't hurt my hand unlike jitter clicking, and you get consistent cps and aim. ty intel for making this video, it helped me out :)

Thanks. I have been experiencing pain between my shoulder blades on days when I play a lot of minecraft, and this video has helped remind me to do something about it. I'll try and fix my posture.
So i used to have my keyboard extremly tilted while having my inventory button as i. This resulted in me having to do jumps from g to i every time i opened my inventory. This (and probably me also playing piano) resulted in me having pain in my wrist for long. First off i thought it was just me hitting myself or something but about after a month i realised it probably had something to do with me using my wrist to much with the same movement. I fixed it by changing my inventory hotkey, changing my keyboards tilt and i took a 1 week break. All this and im now basically fine. I can only feel it when i stretch my hand really far or i play for to long. My conclusion is that if u ever feel pain dont ignore it and try to make adjustments to help you so you dont get the same problems in the future. Stay safe
I got carpel tunnel over the summer because of the work I was doing. I spent 8 hours a day using an air powered sander to sand metal down. I've been playing Minecraft pvp for a few years and have NEVER had any problems.

I used to main butterfly clicking and after about 45 - 60 minutes my hand would feel "heavy" and if I tried to butterfly anymore past my limit my hand would spasm and create a claw, with a dull pain in the back of my hand/bones. I realized clicking 24 cps is not worth it and jitter clicking is just as good if not better. It definitely is bad for you over time and so not worth it
