In Lebanon we used to have them in these big aluminum pans everywhere in the house even under my bed lol, and nothing happened to them I remember eating them for months. The technique You do rolling them into cookies is the same as the Italian Tarrali’s. Ours are a large recipe, also. We only use anise flavor but ONE Dozen eggs. I love sesame seeds. I would love to taste yours...BUT I do not have 2 of those spices in the house fight now. Covid 19 is keeping us locked up in the house. Enjoyed your video. Have a very Happy Easter

We have lost mom's recipe book and Mom no longer remembers her Easter cookies recipe, but insists on not having milk in it. Are you familiar with an Armenian/Lebanese Easter cookies recipe that has no milk in it?
Hi Suzy, this recipe I’ve learned from my mom and grandma so I’m sure there is 100 different variations because each household used to do it differently. Now in Lebanon we used powder milk and add water, maybe her recipe was without. Let me know if u make it how she likes it. Happy Easter sweetheart 🥰
