Still Loving this song in 2020 during quarantine
I dont know if it's just me or if anyone else realised it but as the song goes on, from the first verse then to verse 2 and ending, the pitched voice actually fades to her own voice.. I think it's to resemble the story shes portraying in the video, from a child to an adult... I'd say it's really amazing :)
It's not. She didn't actually produce a single thing in this track. She was paid to be the puppet in the video. The voice is extremely edited, it could've been anyone "singing" really. But they probably couldn't get any actual "star" to feature on the song, so they got this one. The music industry is the most corrupted one there is. Literally every song that sounds like this, is only made with money on their mind. No single artist would ever make some garbage like this out of their soul, this is literally an exact copy of 150 other songs that sound exactly like this.
The high pitched parts are when she talks about the past when she was a child to represent her as a child and and the normally pitched parts are whens shes talking about the present and seeing the best friend she loved as a child as an adult.
