I have worn the burgundy voluminous mascara for years. It's not so much that the color shows on your lashes, it just accentuates your eye color (I have green eyes). This must be the same deal. I really like it!
I actually like the subtlety of burgundy shade! I think it would look great if I were to do a more mauvy or burgundy eyeshadow look. Thank you for very thorough review.

I felt the same way I didn't see much difference with the burgundy mascara, but I still really want to buy it. I am on a no buy/low buy now and Colourpop is really, really tempting me. They always do.
I bought a burgundy mascara from L'Oreal and since my lashes are very dark you can't see the color unless the light hits in a certain way 😔. I think the same would happen with this one from Colourpop.

I think I can tell the difference between the brown and the burgundy closer to your lash line. It seems to make your eye color pop just a little bit, too, which is a nice bonus to the long lashes it gives you.
I was intrigued when I saw this launch, it looks nice. I like the same style of lash as you, so I’m interested to try. I typically use Essence Lash Princess (green one) which I do like a lot. I couldn’t really see the brown or burgundy colors, just looked dark to me. That’s a bit of a bummer, burgundy lashes would be pretty for fall. I hated the BFF mascara they came out with, it flaked so bad & was quite clumpy so I had been hesitant to try others, but this one looks promising.
Just wondering if you’re going to review the NBA Colourpop collab? Just wanna know if it’s worth it, especially the liners. The act natural mascara is my go-to everyday mascara. I’ll definitely pick up the level up one.

But aside from the mascara I am fully obsessed with your I look and I'm glad you had listed what you had on your eyes in the description box because I've been wanting to pick up all of the glamlite palettes from the happy hour collection but I just haven't been able to yet but I now know that I definitely need to get them because you're I look is stunning!

I feel like I could tell just by looking at your eyes that this was Glamlite eyeshadow, lol. I only have the cake palette but those shimmers are very characteristic. To me, anyway.

I wasn’t going to buy it but now I am. 😆 Definitely going burgundy- it’s a small detail but it just feels softer and warmer around the eyes.

I like the teal, purple and pink mascara from colourpop the colors you can really see. I use them for just the bottom lashes.
I got their Act Natural mascara in my mystery box and I love that mascara so much! It really lengthens my lashes :)

Can’t see a difference between the brown and the burgundy, shame. Best burgundy mascara is the Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils
I use Vaseline to remove eye makeup. Never have to rub it irritate eyes. So cheap too.
