I'm not into using logic in my Gmod vids but I think it actually drains 20% of your feign time before uncloaking, I've got hit by a pomson engie before and dead ringer still works with it. As wiki says: "Drainage is applied after damage is dealt, so killing a Medic with full ÜberCharge counts as such, *and Spies can successfully use the Dead Ringer."*
