Fantastic, and she's going to be great for years to come. I see one little thing and that's needing to explode out of the blocks more. She can lower her times getting stronger with that move. All the best to her.
I started training at 7 and was burned out at 23 ! You need to be very careful how much pressure gets put on her ! Im legally blind and have no balance, so my pressure was different because i literally was training every waking hour from 7 to 15 ! On top of that speed only last 20 years in men , dont know about women ! Education last a lifetime! i missed a lot of social interaction with my peers !and a lot of school! She will probably not have this much training, but i wanted to offer an extreme point of view ! Also ! I had an incredible amout of bullying from jealous kids and parents because i was different and at 15 started dominating them ! The parents even sabotaged me !so watch them more ! They can be devious! Especially coaches with compeating children ! And i did not have the internet or things like tic tock and so on ! I may not have made it with those things being involved ! I am really enjoying watching her and only trying to help , hope I'm not offending anyone ! Good luck ! Remember luck is where opportunity meets skill !

S Mckay Sounds to me like an old fake vet trying to tell war stories that never happened. I admire you trying to help her, but at the same time you're talking like you was some kind've elite sprinter or best to ever do it handicap or not. I'm just a realist that loves to make people put their money where their mouth is. If you say this guy was the best in the country and you beat him at anything. Then surely there's proof. This is the internet, I can look up your high-school class, accomplishments, records, etc. All in the blink of an eye. I just need a name. But by your answer I can tell you're full of shit and there's no need for it.
Aria--- You are the best. Keep up the good work.. Enjoy it. Just something to keep i mind, to run faster - you must be more relax and keep your form.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SO HAPPY AND PROUD OF YOU..
Great talent, super attitude, great form, and her support system is tops! She’s on her way to becoming a top elite athlete, but keeping grounded same time. Awesome 👏🏻
I’ve been around track nearly 40 years. I’ve seen some amazing young talent. Coached some even. Privileged to call several Olympians my friends. Unsolicited advice for someone this young: Have fun . Work on the technical aspects of sprints from 50m-400m . 4xP =Push, Paw, Position & Posture! Find amazing summertime youth track camps. Play other sports. The best track sprinters have always been the best athletes. Have fun, have a long term plan . Have fun. Understand the mental aspects and confidence. Build them. Stay healthy and again, have fun. You have time on your side. I look forward to following her and her family!
Burn it up Aria. The speed you create so uplifts. Please give us , your thrilled audience, in addition to your incredible times, some Mach 1 speed and make a sonic boom for us. Kaboom. Btw you have a great smile.
Beautiful stride. Reminds me of FloJo the way she gets an extended leg kick with excellent posture. At this age, fundamentals cannot be stressed too much. It looks like her dad is doing a great job!
Her technique is all over the place. So much potential if she's running those times with that technique at that age. Really looking forward to following her progress. Stay clean, stay humble.
She's like a Jesse Owens (who had almost world record times as a high schooler). Maybe she is better than Jesse Owens. She has to win 5 gold medals at Olympics to better Owens. Anyway wow she is FAST.
Hats off to Dad. So many fathers are totally absent or barely involved in their kids’ lives. His support and guidance are invaluable.
Go Aria!
SO YOUNG AND SO GOOD!

She does have those long "Usain Bolt" strides!
The next big thing out of the USA
she reach muscle strength at 18 to 21
She is ready for some sponsorships, she can start making money right now.
I hope she stays injury free.
So hard to train so much and race so much
How tall are you? Your strides must be very good.
I’m guessing 5’6
5'5"
same height as me 😮
She can't drive but boy can she fly !
go for the olympics

How are your grades? When the athletics are over you are going to need a career.
All A's.
